Motion 360 Practice and Goal setting

• Motion 360 was designed to deliver the key ingredients for success on the basketball court.

• Team practice establishes the foundation of how to work effectively as a team member, the players role on the team, how to help your teammates succeed, and how to compete.

• Coach evaluations and goal setting are critical to establish player baselines for improvements. So often coaches scream at kids to do more and give more effort, but provide little direction as to how to improve. Trying harder isn’t the answer; focused effort in specific improvement areas creates positive results.
