As you may know, a new developer is interested in developing a wind farm on Galloo Island. This project would go through the Article 10 process, not SEQR. The developer and their avian consultant are looking to schedule a meeting with DEC F&W staff, USFWS and DPS to discuss their new proposal. They are looking for a date within the next few weeks. I know this is a busy time for everyone, but the following dates look clear on the outlook calendar: Thursday, April 30 Tuesday, May 5 Friday, May 8 Friday, May 15 Let me know what dates might work for you and I will offer one or more dates to the developer. I'm guessing Lowville might work for a meeting place or Utica or Herkimer if Tim Sullivan wants to join us in person. Thanks all.
