2014/15 Europe and Caribbean Programme Release on sale Friday 5th April 2013

PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS

We are thrilled to reveal a stunning new programme for 2014 and into early 2015. As well as adding a host of maiden

calls to our itineraries, we can announce year round fly-cruising with the introduction of Ventura’s first Mediterranean

fly-cruise season. Adonia will be visiting some smaller ‘discovery’ ports that are unique to her itineraries, as well as

introducing some real highlights including river cruising into the heart of Seville and Bordeaux and visiting Kiel during

their ‘Kiel Week’ festival. We also welcome the return of Strictly Come Dancing cruises and will be celebrating the 30th

anniversary of the Music Festivals at Sea programme, plus our celebrity chefs will be making a number of appearances

on board (see page 12). This is also the first year we’ll be launching a new programme with Vantage Fares.

Fly-Med with Ventura

For the first time, Ventura will be spending the Summer in the Mediterranean to take passengers to explore some of the region‟s most

iconic cities including Rome, Venice, Naples, Dubrovnik and Florence, as well as a number of hidden gems. From late March to

October, this family-friendly ship will offer a choice of seven and 14-night fly-cruise itineraries. Perfect for those who prefer a port-rich

holiday, there‟s no need to spend days out at sea sailing to the highlight destinations. Instead, they can hop on a plane and be stepping

on board the ship just a few hours later in either medieval Savona, or in romantic Venice.

Passengers can explore nine very different destinations in just 14 nights, or up to four places on a seven-night cruise, including the

major Italian ports of Naples, Livorno (for Florence and Pisa) and Civitavecchia (for Rome), the old Mediterranean port of Kotor in

coastal Montenegro, Ajaccio on the island of Corsica, and „Pearl of the Adriatic‟, Dubrovnik. Many of the cruises feature an overnight

stay in Venice. If customers would like more time ashore, they can add a one-night to three-night city stay to their cruise in Venice,

Milan, Nice or Genoa. A cruise and a city stay combined, this flexible option is perfect for those who love variety. Cruises will be

unpackaged and available to purchase as „Cruise only‟, or with the optional Holiday Package Add-on.

Discovery cruising with Adonia

Adonia‟s programme for 2014 further supports her discovery positioning. Among the list of experiences unique to Adonia are:

Sailing up the Guadalquivir River (the only navigable river in Spain) into the heart of Seville where she will berth overnight.

Sailing up the River Garonne into Bordeaux, capital of the world‟s wine industry.

Adonia is the only ship to feature a transit of the Kiel Canal and one of her itineraries even includes a maiden call into Kiel,

which is scheduled to coincide with the Kiel Week festival.

If festive cruising appeals then we highly recommend Adonia‟s Christmas Markets cruise, which includes an overnight in

Hamburg where customers can experience the famous Hamburg Christmas market and the stop in Copenhagen has a late

sailing to allow for an evening at the Christmas market.

Adonia also visits some out of the way destinations not accessible to larger ships:

On our Canary Island cruises, Adonia will call at lush La Gomera and „the island of eternal spring‟ Fuerteventura.

On her Mediterranean itineraries Adonia cruises to Sorrento on the Amalfi coast and the quaint Italian fishing village of

Portofino.

Her Baltic itineraries feature the Danish island Bornholm; Kalmar in Smaland; Sassnitz, a town on the Jasmund Peninsula in

Germany; Saaremaa, the largest Island in Estonia; and Visby in Sweden.

In Norway Adonia will be calling at the popular beach resort of Mandal with its tiny white painted wooden houses, and

Rosendal - famous for having Norway‟s only Barony, a manor house dating back to 1665.

Also new to Adonia‟s schedule is the maiden port of Portree on the west coast of Scotland, Stornoway, Heimaey, a fishing

town and the largest island off the Icelandic coast, and she will also be sailing to St Mary‟s, the largest of the Isles of Scilly off

the southwest coast of Cornwall.

We’ve got the world covered

As with previous years our itineraries literally cover the world so passengers can choose where they want to sail and when. There are

two opportunities in 2015 to witness the spectacular Northern Lights on Oriana. And then there are our one off cruises, such as

Arcadia‟s cruise to the USA and Canada and Adonia‟s Around Britain cruise, as well as two opportunities to sail deep into the

Mediterranean and on into either the Black Sea, with an overnight stay in Istanbul, or to the Holy Land.

They can also choose from 7 night plus cruises to Norway and Iceland and beyond to the Arctic Circle, as well as cruises to the Western

and Central Mediterranean, the Caribbean, Iberia, the Canary Islands and the Baltic.

ITINERARIES Our most exciting addition to the 2014 cruise calendar is Ventura Summer Mediterranean fly cruises. She‟ll spend seven months visiting

the Mediterranean‟s most iconic destinations. With fewer days at sea and a more relaxed atmosphere on board, these fly-cruise

holidays are sure to appeal to families, friends and couples in search of an itinerary which offers plenty of opportunities to explore

ashore. And with regional airport departures available, Ventura is now just a short hop away from home.

We‟ve once again retained our extensive choice of Southampton departures (but with the addition of 17 new destinations) so you‟ll find

itineraries to Norway and Iceland, the Baltic, Iberia, Canary Islands, Mediterranean and Caribbean, plus our three World cruises.

VENTURA FLY-MED HOLIDAYS

New for 2014, Ventura will be based in the Mediterranean between late March and October embarking on a choice of seven and 14

night itineraries. These cruises have been specifically created for those passengers who prefer a port rich holiday as there‟s no need to

spend days sailing to the first destination. Instead, regional airport departures enable passengers to hop on a plane in the UK and

embark Ventura just a few hours later in either Savona or Venice.

Ventura will operate weekly turnarounds on a Wednesday that alternate between Savona and Venice.

Ventura's Fly-Med programme starts and ends in Malaga, Spain. This provides a unique opportunity at the start and end of the season

to enjoy an alternative 7 or 14 night cruise.

During the winter months both Azura and Ventura will be Caribbean bound, offering a series of fly cruises from Barbados. The ships will

operate two 14 night itineraries and turnaround in Barbados on alternate weeks. Passengers can choose to fly out to the Caribbean on

a Friday or Saturday. If passengers have chosen to fly out to the Caribbean on a Friday, their return flight will be overnight on a Friday,

arriving Saturday. Likewise, if they have flown out on a Saturday, they will fly back overnight on a Saturday, arriving home on Sunday.

THEMES

P&O Cruises are offering extra sparkle, with our star-studded themed cruises. Professional dancers from BBC One series Strictly Come

Music Festivals at Sea: In 2014 our popular Music Festivals at Sea programme celebrates its thirty year anniversary. It all began in

October 1984 when the first cruise was presented – at that time the focus was on classical music. After a few years the programme

evolved to include opera, operetta, quizzes, recitals, ensembles and the lighter side of the guest artistes‟ repertoire - and so the

programme became known as Music Festivals at Sea.

In recent years we‟ve presented concerts ashore and introduced passenger choruses led by some of today‟s leading choral directors,

with performances of many Gilbert & Sullivan productions and well known oratorios. As well as famous hosts from the world of

broadcasting, we‟re also joined by international opera singers and instrumentalists, famous tenors, sopranos and violinists, string

PRICING

Vantage Fares are available up until departure date. A 5% Early Booking Saving has been applied to all fares and will expire up to 3

months prior to departure on each cruise. A further 5% Past Passenger Saving is applicable on all cruises within the new 2014/15

programme for past passengers only until 31st July 2013.

Vantage Fares are covered under the Price Promise and have various other benefits detailed below:

Price Promise

If the price for your cruise rises after you have booked, then you can be assured you have received excellent value by booking early.

Equally, if the Vantage Fare reduces we will give you on board spending money or an upgrade to the value of the reduction, so both

ways you win. Our Price Promise protection is designed to offer you total peace of mind so you can relax and focus on the important

things... like counting down the days until your holiday.

On board spending money

Available on cruises of 7 nights or more

On board spending money varies by cruise duration and applies to the first two passengers sharing a cabin. This can be spent on shore

excursions, drinks, spa and in the shops. On board spending money is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are a Peninsular

Club member your on board discount applies after all on board credit has been used.

OR Car parking

Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more

Leave your car in a secure car park (one space per booking). Passengers should let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use

this service and then contact Cruise & Passenger Services Ltd (the operator) direct on 0845 071 3939 or via www.c&ps.com/parking to

arrange their car parking no less than 35 days in advance of their departure.

OR Coach transfers

Available on all Southampton roundtrip cruises of 7 nights or more

Coach transfers are available to all passengers on the booking. Passengers should let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use

this service and then contact the coach provider on 0843 374 2246 no later than 35 days prior to departure. A list of cities that have pick

up points is located in the 2014/2015 brochure published April 2013.

OR Airport parking

Available on two way fly-cruises on 7 nights or more.

Airport parking is offsite at the relevant airports (one space per booking) with transfer between the car park and airport terminal.

Passengers should let us know at the time of booking if they wish to use this service and then contact APH Airport Parking and Hotels

Ltd, who should be called directly on 0844 871 7561, quoting cruise booking reference number, 6-8 months prior to departure, but no

later than 35 days prior to departure, to book their car parking. Amendments to car details can be made up to 48 hours prior to

departure day at no additional cost. In most cases airport transfers operate every 10 to 15 minutes however some will operate on a

demand basis. Passengers must check with APH and arrive in plenty of time to park their car before checking in for their flight. If

passengers wish to cancel their booking they can do so up to 48 hours before departure, but please ensure they notify both P&O

Cruises and APH.

NEW ADDITION TO VANTAGE FARES - Shuttle buses

With Vantage Fares shuttle buses will be offered free of charge in ports where they are provided by P&O Cruises, but passengers may

incur a charge if they book under a Getaway Fare. This is only applicable to featured cruises sailing from April 2014, as well as March

2014 cruises and Oceana E405.

GETAWAY FARES

Getaway fares may become available on selected cruises. Getaway bookings will no longer benefit from the choice of dining seating,

and in addition port shuttle bus charges may apply to passengers who book a Getaway promotion. Getaway bookings are made on a

guarantee basis with no choice of cabin number, and no family or single fares are available. Getaway bookings are non-transferrable

and are subject to a 100% deposit and 100% cancellation charges.

NET RATES

Net rates will be released on selected fly-cruises at launch. Full details will be made available at a later date.

SINGLES AND SUPPLEMENTS

New to 2014, as a result of Arcadia‟s refit, for the first time she will now feature two Single Balcony cabins (OC grade) and four Single

Inside cabins (QC grade). This is the first time a P&O Cruises ship has featured a Single Balcony cabin, which will benefit from

spectacular views being situated in the forward section of Sun Deck. Arcadia Single cabins will be available from the start of the 2014

World Cruises (Cruise J401 – 10-Jan-2014).

Ventura and Azura feature 18 Single cabins, 12 Outside PB grade and 6 Inside QB grade. Oriana has 2 Single Inside QC grade cabins

and Aurora has 4 Single outside PC grade cabins.

In addition, we offer a number of cabins for single occupancy at an additional supplement to the cabin rate. The single supplements

range between 40% and 80% and are available on the following grades:

DA to DC grades on Azura and Ventura are available for single occupancy at an additional supplement of 80%. Other grades may also

be sold for single occupancy but at the full fare i.e. twice the fare for the type concerned.

Only a limited number of rooms will be available for single occupancy. Once this number has been reached, a limited amount of single

occupancy rooms may still be available at a higher fare. The Single Occupancy Supplement does not apply to holiday package add-ons.

On all cruises we offer discounts up to 90% for supplementary adults. On our family ships we offer discounts up to 90% for

supplementary children with infant prices at a discounted flat rate. The 5% Early Booking Saving does not apply to infant fares.

COMBINATION SAVER

The Combination Saver provides the passenger with a further 10% reduction on the adult fare when booking two or more consecutive

cruises. The Combination Savers do not apply if one or both of the cruises are of 4 nights or less in duration, a world cruise or part of a

world cruise. In addition, the combination saver does not apply if one or both of the cruises is a 7 night Ventura Fly-Med cruise. The

10% reduction does not apply to Holiday Package Add-ons, regional flight supplements, premium flight seats or other holiday add-ons.

The 10% Combination Saver will apply after the 5% Early Booking Saving and Past Passenger Saving (if applicable) have been applied.

IMPORTANT CHANGES CABIN GRADING STRUCTURE

Following the major restructure of cabin grading for the 2013/14 programme, we have only made a minor change that will take effect for

the launch of the new 2014/15 programme:

Azura and Ventura

All cabins in ND will become NE grade and all cabins in NE will become ND grades. Following the change, these two grades will be

next to each other in sequence with fares increasing in line with the cabin grades.

REFIT

As a result of Arcadia‟s refit at the end of 2013, she will have 24 new cabins, including the introduction of single inside & single balcony

cabins. All 24 cabins will be forward on Sun deck and consist of: 1 Mini Suite (CC), 14 Deluxe Balcony (EC), 3 Larger Inside (MC), 2

Single Balcony (OC) and 4 Single Inside (QC). New cabins will be available from cruise J401 onwards.

FLIGHTS

MEDITERRANEAN FLY-CRUISES

Ventura‟s fly-cruise holidays can be booked cruise only but, for ease and peace of mind, we recommend the „Holiday Package Add-on‟,

which includes all travel flights and transfers, and starts at just £250 per person. Flights will be operated by a reputable carrier such as

Thomson Airways or Thomas Cook Airlines.

Flights are available from three air cities for the 2014 Mediterranean programme:

BHX - Birmingham

LON - London

MAN - Manchester

In addition to this we can also offer flights from alternative UK regional departure airports starting from £149pp return, subject to

availability and airline schedules. Flights may be indirect and it will be necessary in some cases to have an overnight stay in London or

at Genoa or Venice - please call our Flights Department on 0845 356 0005 (option 4) within 11 months of departure to check availability.

What’s included in the Mediterranean Holiday Package Add-on?

Economy class flights to/from London**, Birmingham or Manchester, including Government fees and taxes

A P&O Cruises representative to meet passengers at their departure airport

Group transfers between the overseas airport and ship on embarkation/disembarkation dates

** Please note that P&O Cruises will determine the airport, e.g. for London: Gatwick or Heathrow airports may be used.

Optional Extras

For those passengers who choose to extend their holiday by booking one of our City Stays, or explore a destination independently, we

can still take care of their flight arrangements. Just advise us of their plans at the time of booking. Please note that if passengers decide

to explore a destination independently, transfers will not be provided: they will need to make their own way to or from the ship on

embarkation/disembarkation day.

Our Flights Department will happily provide a tailored quotation for those passengers who wish to upgrade on scheduled flights.

When travelling on our charter flights, specific seats can be pre-purchased online from approximately 12 weeks before departure,

possible to pre-book seats subject to each airline‟s policies, contact our Flights Department to check availability and prices; please note

For passengers who book our Holiday Package Add-on, when embarking or disembarking in Savona, flights will usually operate to

Genoa. However on occasion we may have to fly passengers to Nice or Milan instead.

CARIBBEAN FLY-CRUISES

Ventura and Azura will be based out of Barbados during the winter months of 2014/15; their cruises will depart fortnightly on alternate

Fridays and Saturdays. The fare includes Economy class flights to/from Barbados on reputable charter and scheduled carriers (such as

Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson Airways and British Airways) as well as transfers between the airport and the ship.

Charter flights are available from four air cities for the 2014/15 Caribbean programme:

Please note that for scheduled flights, passengers will need to clear immigration and collect their own baggage upon arrival in

On our dedicated charter flights passengers can upgrade to a larger, more comfortable Premium seat for £299 per person return. For

Caribbean transatlantic crossings, upgrades are available for £149 per person one-way. These upgrades can be purchased at the time

the cruise is booked, but are subject to availability and must be bought on a return basis (with the exception of transatlantic crossings).

If, for any reason, the Premium Economy class seats are withdrawn from a particular flight, the upgrade supplement for that flight sector

will be refunded in full.

Upgraded scheduled flights are available on request within 11 months of departure. Scheduled flight upgrades are subject to availability

and are available from/to London only.

SAILING FROM SOUTHAMPTON – REGIONAL FLIGHTS

We can book FlyBe domestic flights to and from Southampton from £149 per person return. Available departure points vary from cruise

to cruise and are subject to availability. Note that transfers between Southampton Airport and the cruise terminal are not provided.

HOTELS

MEDITERRANEAN FLY-CRUISE CITY STAYS

The new Ventura Fly-Med programme offers passengers a number of different opportunities to extend their time in the Mediterranean

by adding a city stay before or after their cruise. Hotels will be available in Venice for passengers embarking or disembarking in this

enchanting city and, for passengers starting or ending their cruise in Savona, hotels will be available in Milan or Genoa, offering a

different side of Italy. City stays from Savona are also available in Nice, offering passengers a taste of the French Riviera to

complement their Italian itinerary. Packages will include accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, all transfers between the airport

and the ship, fees and porterage.

AIRPORT HOTELS

For passengers flying from London, we can arrange an overnight stay prior to their flight with Renaissance London Heathrow and Hilton

London Gatwick. If they would like to take this option please let us know at time of booking.

Renaissance London Heathrow, pricing starts from £59 per person* on a room only basis.

Hilton London Gatwick, pricing starts from £49.50 per person* on a room only basis.

Breakfast packages are also available; please enquire at time of booking.

SOUTHAMPTON HOTELS

For passengers sailing from Southampton, they can choose to travel to Southampton a little earlier to enjoy a stay at one of our

recommended hotels. Stays include a complimentary drink at the hotel to help them get into the holiday spirit before joining their cruise.

Hilton Southampton, pricing starts from £64.50 per person* on a bed and breakfast basis.

Careys Manor, pricing starts from £79.50 per person* on a bed and breakfast basis.

Other packages will be available on request, including parking and transfers. If they would like to take these options please let us know

at time of booking.

*Pricing is based on the first night with two people sharing a room.

GENERAL POLICIES TIPPING

To make recognising and rewarding the service passengers receive from our restaurant and accommodation teams straightforward as

possible, we include an amount of £3.50 per passenger per day (aged 12 years and over), to their on board account. This amount can

be varied whilst on board.

BOOKING TERMS FOR VANTAGE FARES

15% of the total fare is due at the time of the booking. The deposit is non-refundable.

P&O Cruises reserves the right to levy a charge for payments made to P&O Cruises by credit card. The passenger will be

advised of the rate of any such charge at the time of making payment. Such credit card charges do not apply to bookings made

on board or by debit card.

A booking may only be made by a person aged 18 or over. All passengers who, at the time of departure, are under 18 years

must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over who will at all times during the holiday be responsible for their welfare,

conduct and behaviour. We are unable to carry babies under the age of six months (one year for Azura cruises A406A,

A406N, A428, A428A; Oceana cruises E401, E403, E501, E503 and Ventura cruises N406P, N406B, N406C, N406D, N421C,

N421D, N422N, N422A etc).

Vantage Benefits are not combinable. One benefit applies per booking.

Price Promise means that passengers can secure their booking early with confidence, safe in the knowledge that if we were to

reduce the Vantage Fares for their cruise, we promise to automatically pass on the value of the saving to passengerss in the

form of a complimentary benefit such as on board spending money or a cabin upgrade to the value of any reduction. The Price

Promise applies to Vantage Fares published by P&O Cruises and applies to the same cruise and grade of cabin, sold under

the same terms and conditions. The particular Price Promise complimentary benefit applied shall be at the absolute discretion

of P&O Cruises. Price Promise protection does not apply to our Getaway Fares, holiday add-ons, nor where P&O Cruises is

not the tour operator selling the holiday. Complimentary benefits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation fees

are assessed on the original price of a passengers booking. Applies to new bookings only.

VANTAGE FARE CANCELLATION TERMS

The passenger may cancel the contract at any time prior to the commencement of the Package via their travel agent , but in the event

P&O Cruises shall be entitled to levy a cancellation charge as a percentage of the price paid in accordance with the following:
