Hospitality: A hospitality room will be available for coaches; we will provide donuts and coffee. Water will be available throughout the day. 8:00 am Doors Open 8:30 am Coaches Meeting 8:45 am Warm-Ups 8:56 am National Anthem 9:00 am 1st Round 11:30 am Completion of 3 rd Game 45 minute lunch break will follow once the last team has finished Approx. 12:15 pm Warm-Ups Approx. 12:30 pm Begin 4 th Game Approx. 1:45 pm Seed teams for 6 th Game - Championship Game Itinerary: Approx. 3:00 pm Awards presentation Format Morning Lane Assignments will be given at the Coaches Meeting. We will change lanes after each game. Even number lanes will move to the right and odd lanes will move to the left. Example if you start on lane 4 in game 1 you will go to lane 6 and lane 3 will move to lane 1. We will use this format for the first 5 games. We will take a 45- minute break for lunch following game 3. Teams will stay on their scheduled lane changes through game 5. After the fifth game, teams will be seeded and placed on lanes according to place after 5 games. Awards Team Plaques for 1 st 3 rd Place. Medals for 1 st Place Team. Medals for 1 st -10 th place for Individual Series. Medals for 1 st 3 rd place for High Games.
