Costa Sands in Pasir Ris to close for good (pg4)

❖ Costa Sands Resort in Pasir Ris will close on July 20 after 12 years of operations!

❖ NTUC club is not renewing the lease!

❖ Site will be returned to Land Transport Authority (LTA) but the chalets will not be torn down!

❖ NTUC will instead spend $200 million on developing a new resort at Downtown East!
