THE CONCEPT: These cross country trips are designed so that you can see and do a lot of things in the 11 days that you’re
out. We use custom built full size executive coaches which are designed to accommodate 18 passengers very comfortably with
a lot of special amenities. Some of these amenities include card and lunch tables, a full kitchen and couches in back. Just
being able to get up and walk around or lay down and take a nap is a great advantage. We also prepare hot lunches on board
to save time and money. This actually adds to the “experience” of the trip, especially when we picnic on the bank of a beautiful
lake or some other gorgeous view.
THE TRIP: The way our tours work is that we pick up in many cities around Missouri and then head out toward our destination.
Each day we will typically see or do one thing in the morning and then another in the afternoon. Since there is so much to see
and do, we usually depart by 8 am and arrive at our next hotel around 6 pm. On day 11, we arrive back in Missouri taking you
right back to the location where we picked you up!
THE COST: The total cost of each trip is $1970 per person which covers everything except your evening meals. Included is the
motorcoach, , shuttle to / from the bus, lodging, hotel breakfasts, lunches and the cost of all venues shown. The price is based
on 2 persons per room. If 4 people share a room, the cost will be reduced by $250 each. If you want a single room, the addition-
al cost is $500. Reservations can be made by sending a check for $500. The remainder of $1470 is due 45 days prior to the
trip. The price does not include gratuity for the driver and hostess.
THE CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 45 days prior to the beginning of the trip, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel less than 45 days prior, you will receive a refund of all but $500. If we are able to fill the spot you vacated, you will
receive back the $500. If you want to buy insurance to cover the potential $500 loss, the cost is $50 per person.
