ELIGIBILITY:

Only those institutions that have paid the annual membership fee for 2014are eligible to compete. For membership information contact Matt Hird, SalveRegina University.

ENTRIES PROCEDURES:

All entries will be done via Direct Athletics at:http://www.directathletics.com/

Deadline for entries is Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at 11:59pm. Entr ies via fax or as anattachment in an email wil l be rejected. Ned Bishop will verify all qualifying lists forlegitimacy and accuracy.

ENTRY FEES:

There are no entry fees. The entry fee was paid as part of the annual membership.Please note if your institution has not paid its annual membership fee, you willneed to bring a check for $300.00 made payable to the New England Womens Division IIICross Country and Track & Field Association. Alternatively, the check can be mailed to MattHird, Treasurer, 33 Crowfield Drive, Warwick, RI. 02888.

CLERKING:

Clerking will be done in track shed, check in and hip numbers will be done at this location. Relaycards with correct athletes names need to be turned in during clerking.

WARM UP:

Will take place in the Field House.

FOOD POLICY:

Food and beverages may be brought into the facility, we ask that you clean up after thecompetition and use the trash containers provided to help keep our facility clean.

AWARDS:T-Shirts are awarded to TOP 3 in each event as well as certificates to top 8 in each event.

ADMISSIONS:

Admission will be charged to spectators at $2.00 per person.

HEAT SHEETS/PROGRAMS:

Heat sheets will be sold to the public at a price of $2.00.

CONCESSIONS:Concessions will be available in lobby of PE Complex near entrance to complex.

LOCKER ROOM ASSIGNMENTS:Locker Room for men and women will be located in PE Complex lower level directly under BlakeArena. Look for postings on the wall by the ramp in PE Complex.

DIRECTIONS TO SPRINGFIELD COLLEGE:Please see attached.

ATHLETIC TRAINERS:The Springfield College athletic training staff will be available to assist student-athletes from otherschools. If your team will not be traveling with an athletic trainer, please contact the Barclay Dugger at413-748-3650 and enclose a note with your athletic training supplies with instructions for your athletesthat need treatment. The only modalities that will be available are moist heat (with a note from anathletic trainer) and ice, no electric modalities will be available. Please provide your own tapingsupplies. Should an emergency situation occur, the following is a list of local hospitals:

PARKING:Team buses should plan to unload at the P.E. Complex Parking. After buses unload, turn around behind the P.E.Complex.Take a right onto Alden St.Take a right onto Wilbraham Road.The bus parking lot on the corner of Wilbraham Road and King Street.

SPECTATORS:

Only coaches & competing athletes allowed in the infield.

From Points North 91 South Merge onto 291 East Proceed to Exit 5-B (20AWest, East Springfield) At end of exit ramp turn right onto Route 20A Move into left lane on Route 20A At first traffic signal turn left onto Roosevelt Ave. Proceed three miles to Alden Street At traffic light turn right onto Alden Street PE Complex at Springfield College is on right side of street (large white dome building).

From Points South 91 North Exit 2 (in Massachusetts)

Follow Routes 8321 to traffic signal Turn right at signal onto Sumner Avenue Proceed 2 miles to Roosevelt Ave. Turn left onto Roosevelt Ave. Proceed through two traffic lights and bear left at next stop sign to cross bridge. At light after bridge,

turn left onto Alden Street.

PE Complex at Springfield College is on right side of street (large white dome building).
