FIRST-TIME ORDERS: First-time orders are COD or prepaid with credit card.

TERMS: To be approved for net accounts, a credit application must be completed. Terms are net 30 with no grace period. A finance charge of 1% per month pro-rated daily will be applied to past due balances.

PRICES: Due to the fluctuation in Asian currency, reorder and special order prices are subject to change without notice.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: Due to the nature of our hand-made products, size and colors in our samples and catalog are approximate and may vary.

RETURNS: Our products are packed carefully and in un-damaged condition when shipped. In the unlikely event of damage, all original packaging must be saved. No returns will be accepted unless accompanied by our authorization. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order for authorization to return defective goods or items shipped in error. No returns after 30 days. Returns subject to 15% restocking fee.

BACKORDERS: All items not shipped are automatically back-ordered. Please specify if you wish differently. We will contact you prior to shipping all backorders over $100

MINIMUM ORDER: Since our low prices are based on volume orders, minimums are $250 for new orders and $100 for reor-ders. No orders under $100 will be accepted.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped FOB Miami via ground car-rier unless otherwise requested.
