2014 Vehicle Contracts

For the 2014 Model Year the Division of Purchasing is currently working on the establishment of the following

contracts: Statewide - Passenger Cars Statewide - Patrol Cars Statewide - Passenger and Cargo Vans Statewide - Light Duty Trucks Statewide - Sport Utility Vehicles The Division of Purchasing will also do spot bids

(agency specific) throughout the year for various vehicles not included on the Statewide Contracts

Alternative Fuel Half Ton Trucks (regular cab, extended/super cab, crew cab, 4x4, 4x2) - Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Dodge Ram 1500 (Only Alternative Fuel in V6 Engine), Ford F-150

Three Quarter Ton Trucks (regular cab, extended/super cab, crew cab, 4x4, 4x2) – Chevrolet Silverado 2500 FFV, Ford F-250 FFV, Dodge Ram 2500

Time Frame on 2014 MY Contracts Currently drafting RFP’s (Truck, SUV’s,

Passenger Car and Passenger/Cargo Vans) and will be issued by the end of August

Bids due by Mid-September Awards made in November

Roll-over Option Period Currently there are vehicles available for

purchase through the roll-over of the model year 2013 vehicle contracts. The roll-over allows the State of Missouri state agencies and cooperative entities to purchase 2014 model year vehicles at the 2013 model year prices. More information on the vehicles that have been rolled over can be found at http://oa.mo.gov/purch/ or by contacting Cale Turner. The following slide summarizes what is available currently through the roll-over option.

Cooperative Agency Use of Contracts Cooperative Procurement Information can be

found on the Division of Purchasing website at the following address:

http://www.oa.mo.gov/purch/coop.html Any cooperative procurement member may use

State of Missouri Statewide contracts as long as the contractor agrees to it. (Indicated on Statewide Contract Notice)

Cooperative agencies must pay a delivery cost and may be subject to special payment terms when utilizing State of Missouri vehicle contracts.
