STRATEGIC HR BUSINESS PARTNER CERTIFICATION PROGRAM Overview This intensive three-day session features skill practice with a number of “coaching leaders” tools. Three Day Workshop An intensive three-day session that features tools, techniques,

Post Work Case Study: Complete & submit a case study based on an action-

learning project following the course. This will be reviewed and approved by the program facilitator.

COACHING LEADERS Overview Difficult-to-master, coaching is a critical capability that requires practice, support, and continuous learning. Linkage has specialized in leadership coaching for 25 years, successfully guiding individuals, teams, and Fortune 500 organizations to drive behavioral change in alignment with their business strategy. The Coaching Leaders Certification Program is a hands-on, skill-building workshop facilitated by a Linkage master coach who has 20+ years of business and industry experience. During this intensive program, you will learn the four stages of Linkage’s proven Coaching Leaders Model™ and acquire key tools to expedite and sustain the coaching process. You will also explore information-gathering techniques and assessments necessary for coaching toward a desired behavioral change. NEGOTIAION SKILLS Overview The Negotiation Skills (NS) program is based upon our insight that all negotiations have an underlying structure - the “8 Step Approach” and that there are a number of simple skills which, if developed, can lead to improved negotiating performance. The program explores this structure and the associated skills by means of a series of short lectures and through the use of live negotiating exercises that are video recorded for later evaluation. The participants under the NS program will be introduced to the 8 Steps and shown how these steps can be used to manage their negotiations in a more professional and competent manner. The 8 Step Approach is a map of the negotiating process, not a rigid set of commands. The lecture sessions explain these 8 steps and the skills associated with each step. The case-play sessions allow the skills to be practiced and applied in a safe environment. WALID YAZIGI PH.D. SENIOR TRAINER & CONSULTANT Dr. Walid Yazigi is a Senior Consultant & Trainer at Linkage MENA. He is an HR expert, a business man, a management consultant, a professional negotiator and an academic with over 20 years of experience in academic and continuous education and talent development.

Dr. Walid Yazigi is a certified “Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)” from the American “Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)” and ISO 9001/2000 certified as “Lead Auditor for Quality Management” from the “International Register for Certified Auditors (IRCA)”. Dr. Yazigi is a part timer Professor at the American University of Beirut (AUB) lecturing for both the MBA and the Executive MBA programs. Dr. Yazigi has an outstanding multinational HR background from USA and Europe. In addition to being an HR and Management Consultant, he is an experienced trainer in HR, Negotiation Skills, Management and other Behavioral Skills capable of conducting Courses and Workshops in Arabic, English and French assisting organizations in building Internal Capabilities and Core Competencies.

BERNARDUS HOLTROP PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT BERNARDUS HOLTROP is a Principal Consultant at Linkage. He is an experienced group facilitator and executive coach who works with organizations, both large and small, including many Fortune 100 companies. Bernardus designs leadership development programs

and personalized strategies that improve work relationships, cultivate organizational transformation, and deliver bottom line results. Prior to joining Linkage, Bernardus was a strategy and organizational consultant and learning program manager at McKinsey & Company. He developed and ran a program that helped define ideal client service and teamwork, and then came up with solutions that helped achieve their goals in this focus area. He also managed and redesigned a program designed to help senior partners become trusted counselors to their clients, as well as inspiring leaders to their teams. Bernardus was also the Chief Learning Officer at Mobius Executive Leadership, a US based consultancy that is a spin-off of the Harvard Negotiation Project.

STU COHEN PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT STU COHEN is a Principal Consultant at Linkage. He is a skilled consultant and facilitator, specializing in change and transition leadership, executive coaching, and leadership development. He has over 25 years of experience working as an internal and external consultant with Fortune 100 organizations. Stu is a seasoned executive coach who is experienced in the design and implementation of leadership development initiatives.

Prior to joining Linkage, Stu began his career as an account manager with AT&T, focusing on providing business solutions to C-suite level clients. Later, as Director of Organization Effectiveness with Oxford Health Plans (now United Healthcare), he led the design and implementation of talent development programs and served as an executive coach to leaders throughout the organization. Stu also served as a Vice President at CIGNA Corporation, where he was instrumental in leading the development of an assessment-based talent and leadership development process for the global distribution organization.

JOANNE R. CRANE SENIOR CONSULTANT Joanne’s work encompasses the full spectrum of industries with particular focus in Strategy Development and Execution (especially start-up environments), Performance Management Systems, Processes and Design, Human Resources Development. In addition, Scalable Organization Transformation Projects, Learning and Development at all Levels, Talent Management and Development at all Levels.

Joanne is a certified trainer from DDI, Wilson Learning, Langevin, EDS, Achieve Global and Linkage, she has extensive knowledge in leadership & organizational development training. She is a proven and versatile leader, consultant, and executive with over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Training and Consultancy. She is an award-winning strategist whose career has spanned across multiple industries in four countries. Darlene Slaughter PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT DARLENE SLAUGHTER is a Principal Consultant at Linkage. In addition to delivering Linkage’s full suite of offerings, she leads the continued development of Linkage’s Inclusive Leadership and Advancing Women Leaders practice areas. She also serves as Institute Chair for Linkage’s Institute for Leading Diversity and Inclusion™.

Formerly, Darlene was VP and Chief Diversity Officer for Fannie Mae, where she was responsible for supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce through the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for diversity initiatives that supported employees’ talents, perspectives, and experiences. She led the development, management, and evaluation of Fannie Mae’s corporate policies and programs as they related to diversity and inclusion in the company’s workforce, workplace, and marketplace. She also ensured awareness of diversity and inclusion concepts and their integration across the organization through employee resource groups, supplier diversity initiatives, learning strategies, and nonprofit partners and lenders. Prior to her role at Fannie Mae, Darlene worked at AT&T as a Process and Quality Consultant.
