    FITCLASSES ARE STRUCTURED IN 3 CATEGORIES

    IMPROVEFIT IMPROVE classes are recommended for those who are

    looking to improve their technical and tactical approach to tenni

    Great for any level Beginner-Advanced, we focus on making all th

    necessary adjustments to get your game to the next level.

    Students will expect to learn the proper shape of swing, contact

    zone, dynamic movement towards and away from the ball, adding

    spin, changing direction and much more!

    INTENSEFIT INTENSEclasses are recommended for those are looking to

    get an intense workout during their tennis regime. Classes are fo

    all levels and will focus on cardio exercises, plyometric

    movements and live ball drill sessions all wrapped in one!

    PERFORMFIT PERFORMclasses are ideal for match players looking to

    improve their strategy and tactical approach to the game. We

    focus on creating a match play reality into our practice sessions.

    Students should expect to get an in depth look at their

    point structure, play patterns and footwork.

    professionals. FIT TOTAL can be added to any class for an extra $39 per

    month. This is recommended for all players looking to enhance their

    tennis, fitness and everyday lifestyle.

    FIT CLASS LEVELS

    BEGINNER (USTA 1.5-2.0)

    This player has limited experience and is still working primarily on getting the ball into play. You lack

    court experience and your strokes need developing. You are familiar with the basic positions for

    singles and doubles play.

    ADVANCED BEGINNER (USTA 2.5-3.0)

    This player is learning to judge where the ball is going although your court coverage is limited. You

    can sustain short rally of slow pace with other players of the same ability. You are fairly consistent

    when hitting medium-paced shots, but are not comfortable with all strokes and lack execution when

    trying for directional control, depth, or power. Your most common doubles formation is one-up, one

    back.

    INTERMEDIATE (USTA 3.5-4.0)

    This player has achieved improved stroke dependability with directional control on moderate shots,

    but still lacks depth and variety. This player exhibits more aggressive net play, has improved court

    coverage, and is developing teamwork in doubles.This player has dependable strokes, includingdirectional control and depth on both forehand and backhand sides on moderate shots, plus the abili

    to use lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys with some success. This player occasionally forces

    errors when serving. Rallies may be lost due to impatience. Teamwork in doubles is evident.

    ADVANCED (USTA 4.5+)

    This player has begun to master the use of power and spins and is beginning to handle pace, has soun

    footwork, can control depth of shots, and is beginning to vary game plan according to

    opponents. This player can hit first serves with power and accuracy and place the

    second serve. This player tends to over hit on difficult shots. Aggressive net play is

    common in doubles. This player has good shot anticipation and frequently has an
