A Custom Buffalo Forge Products: GlassCraft can produce custom Buffalo Forge Iron and Steel design and sizes. We have a set price of $275 LIST per square foot, regardless of shape, size, glass texture, design* etc. • Available glass textures include clear, glue chip (ice flower), or rain glass • If any glass panel is longer than 84”, then only clear glass is available • Lead Time: 8 – 10 week lead time. • GlassCraft will prepare custom quotes, including drawings for these custom products * Very detailed “wine room” doors with grapes. It is also possible that the price could be less for very simple iron (TDL designs). • standard discount multipliers may be used for these custom BF Products B. Alder Transoms with glass. GlassCraft has all standard mahogany transoms available with only clear IG or textured glass IG panels available. GlassCraft will produce almost any configuration of Simulated Divided Lite wood door that use straight muntin bars only. (no curved SDL bars AND NO TDL divided lite wood doors). These doors and sidelights include internal GBG muntin bars in the IG glass panel. GlassCraft charges $5.00 list price per linear inch of SDL bar, regardless of the design. This SDL charge will be added to the stock door with clear or textured glass of your choice (see “C” above). This will allow you to order custom design divided lite doors AND you can choose from a range of 3 standard glass textures (all same price) including, clear, rain, and water textures. (No other textures can be used, because the glass is too textured and rough for this process). As an example, to calculate the inches needed, Portobello and Estancia doors have door-glass openings of 21 inches. 2/3 lite doors are 48 inches in height, ¾ lite doors are 56 inches in height, and full lite doors are 67 inches in height. To calculate adding 2 full length vertical bars and 3 horizontal bars for a ¾ lite Portobello door, then add 2x56 plus 3x21 or a total of 175 linear inches of SDL bar. At $5 list per inch, then you would multiply 175 x $5, or $875 list price for the SDL bars to the list price for the ¾ lite door with textured glass. $1189 door with IG glass plus $875, or $2,064 total list price for this custom door. G. Fiberglass SDL Divided Lite Doors. GlassCraft will produce almost any configuration of Simulated Divided Lite fiberglass door that use straight muntin bars only. H. Custom Wood Plank Doors. Customers may custom order the exact size of plank door that they require, without the normal cost associated with a custom door. GlassCraft will now offer these plank doors produced to any height up to 96 inches tall without any additional cost. In addition, we will make a plank door any width required up to 42 inches wide for a nominal up charge of $215 list price.
I. Wide Jamb Legs. GlassCraft will make ANY prehung unit shown in the current Mahogany & Knotty Alder Entry Door catalog with ANY jamb width of not less than 4-5/8” and not more than 10”. The current STANDARD jamb widths are 4-5/8” and 6-5/8”. To arrive at the price, simply add 25% to the current base list price of the entire entryway. (Base list price means the standard list price for the entry, without including options such as clavos or finishing). Multiply the current list price by 1.25 to arrive at a new list price. Standard discount multipliers apply.
