CASTLE JUMPERDONATIONS
Thank you for all of your hard work from beginning to end of our project. We abso-lutely love our new space, and found everyone at Castle very accommodating and easy to work with. All the workers that came to our house were friendly, respectful, and hard working.
Landscaping Services
Castle takes great pride in being your partner for home remodeling. When it comes to your yard we work with and recommend Field Outdoor Spaces. Collaboration and cooperation are our middle names.
For the last eight years and counting, Field Outdoor Spaces has worked with homeowners in Minneapolis, St. Paul and other neighborhoods around the Twin Cities to maximize their outdoor living areas. Most projects start with a design and the experienced designers, led by owner Jason Rathe, are especially good at listening and making sure that the end product gives you time to enjoy the space rather than just work to keep it up. Field design balances well-thought out living areas with plantings that give a sense of a natural and living environment.
Field’s installation expertise includes patios; walls; landscape carpentry like trellises, pergolas and raised planters; as well as unique water features. The Field crews excel at high-quality and efficient landscape building while being conscientious about the impact the work has on your property, your life and your neighborhood.
Call Castle to get started on your remodeling or landscaping project.
e Educational Remodeling Tour
Castle HOME TOUR
What is the Castle Educational Home Tour?
This Educational Home Tour started in 2013 and was designed to help people understand what a realistic remodel involves as well as, but not limited to, what is achievable within their budget to create a project that provides both an ROI (return on investment) and ROE (return on enjoyment). Our goal is to show more typical remodeling projects that the average family is more likely to complete.
How is this home tour different from other home tours?
Because of the costs to remodelers to participate in other tours (about $1,000 – $2,700 per home) they tend to only show their largest and fanciest projects. Our goal is to show more typical remodeling projects that the average family is more likely to complete. This event is different because it is all projects completed by Castle. It is a weekend to showcase our best work to the public and educate them on our services. This weekend is also unique because while it is designed to help inspire attendees for their future remodels, it is more importantly designed to educate attendees on their future remodel. We firmly believe in being up front about all things, and this tour is a great way for us to showcase our honesty behind our work.
A traditional home tour with digital additions!
During the month leading up to the tour and at the actual tour you can pick up a copy of our Home Tour Guide Book. However because of the marketing and printing expenses associated with guide books we also have an app for The Educational Home Tour called CASTLEBRI. Preview homes, get live directions, and check out other Castle events, all in one place!
A home tour with prizes galore
Not only is our home tour highly educational but it is also full of great prizes. From big ticket items like $5,000 remodeling project, 25 sq ft Cambria countertops, and door prizes from many other sponsors!

Moving?Remodeling too expensive? We have homes for sale!
After several years of watching national homeownership rates fall Castle decided it was time to try to do something about it. Late in 2012 Castle formed a plan to “Save” 3-4 old homes a year and either sell the homes to owner occupied families or help our employees to purchase a home through the Castle Employee Homeownership Assistance Plan.
Our mission is to buy, remodel, and return these Castles to their
former glory and make them ready for the next 100 years.
Do you know of an old home with character that needs some love? What if the worst home on your block could become the nicest? What if one more neighbor was an owner-occupied home instead of a rental? Through a partnership with a local bank Castle is able to pay cash for these homes. Please call Loren Schirber at 612-877-8375 to discuss selling your home or let Castle know of opportunities in your neighborhood.
We buy homes with charm for cash!
