Serving Our Community• In2014,yourcredituniondonatedover$200,000to170groupsand

worthyinitiatives.

• RobinsFederalstaffpledgedover$41,000totheUnitedWayofCentralGeorgiaduringourannualfundraisingcampaign.

• 50carepackageswerepreparedfortroopsdeployedoverseasduringtheholidaysand45carepackageswerecreatedforMealsonWheelstodelivertoclientsonChristmasdayalongwithahotmeal.

• Forthe18thconsecutiveyear,RobinsFederalawarded5HighSchoolSeniorswithscholarshipstocollege.Sinceitbegan,thisprogramhasallowedustoinvestover$270,000inthefutureofouryoungmembers.

• TwoblooddrivesfortheAmericanRedCrossweheld,whichhelpedsaveover180lives.

• Over140employeesparticipatedintheAmericanCancerSociety’sRelayforLifeandraisedover$36,000.

• Byhosting8FreeShredDayevents,RobinsFederalhelpedmemberssecurelyshredover30tonsofpaper.

• OurSWAGPatrolcontinuedtheirmissiontosurprisepeopleinthe communitywithrandomactsofkindness.Frombuyingsomeone’sgroceriestopayingfortheirgas,thisprogramhasinvestedcloseto$12,000throughrandomactsofkindness.

ReportSupervisory Committee

RobinsFederalCreditUnion’sfinancialreportingprocessisroutinelyreviewedtoverifyourmembers’bestinterestsarebeingserved.ThisresponsibilityisheldbytheSupervisoryCommittee.WecontinuouslyoverseethefinancialstatementsofthecreditunionandauthenticateinternalcontrolsandoperationsareincompliancewiththeNationalCreditUnionAdministration.

In2014,CPAfirmNearman,Maynard,VallezCPA&Consultants,P.A.andfederalexaminerswiththeNationalCreditUnionAdministration(NCUA)conductedoutsideaudits.BothorganizationsreportedthatRobinsFederalCreditUnioncontinuestobefinanciallystrong,stableandextremelywell-managed.

ItiswithgreatsatisfactiontoreportthatRobinsFederalCreditUnioncontinuestoholdthehighestnetworthratinggivenbytheNCUAof‘well-capitalized’.Inaddition,Iamhappytonoteallmembers’accountsremainsecureandinsureduptoatleast$250,000bytheNCUA.

ThehighstandardsandfiscalsoundnessofRobinsFederalCreditUnionresultedinmorethan$8.5millionindividendspaidtomembersin2014.Asweheadinto2015,weareeagertomaintainthiskindofservice,security,andbankingvaluetoallourmembers.

DirectorMikeParkerofferedtheinvocationandledtheattendeesinthePledgeofAllegiance.

ChairmanJonesappointedKirbyR.MooreasParliamentarianforthemeeting.

ELECTIONChairmanJonesreportedthattheNominatingCommitteesubmittedthenamesDr.MikeParker,JimKidd,andKennethBabbittforthe3yeartermvacancies.Therewerenonominationsbypetition.Therefore,thosenominatedbythecommitteewereappointed.
