STEMS (Success Through Early Exposure,

Mentorship and Sponsorship)

Generation Next Sophomore Program

Investment Banking and Global Markets Boot Camp

Identifies and supports the development of future campus leaders while encouraging the exploration of careers in financial services. All attendees receive a business mentor at the conclusion of the program.

Business workshops paired with specialized soft skill/leadership training and development for students interested in Human Resources, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Public Finance, and Sales and Trading. All attendees will be interviewed for the 2015 summer internship program.

Intensive, business-led panels, workshops, and networking events. Attendees will be interviewed for 2015 summer internships. Program attendees are also eligible to interview for the Inspiring Excellence Scholarship, which awards students up to $10,000.

Qualifications

Applicants must be in the Class of 2018 pursuing a baccalaureate degree with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (open to all majors).

You will need to be a Class of 2017 sophomore, pursuing a baccalaureate degree with a minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA (open to all majors).

You will need to be in the Class of 2016 pursuing a baccalaureate degree in any major with a minimum cumulative 3.2 GPA. You will also need to show us a desire to explore a career in Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Public Finance, or Research.
