HISTORYIn 1983, CHUMS® founder Mike Tagget sought a simple way to keep his sunglasses on his head and out of the Colorado River. A few years and several prototypes later, the right design was found and the world’s Best Selling Original Cotton retainer was born.

SKU listings have color and MIX pack options that must be specified on your purchase order.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES

Product & Services: Published prices for all standard or stock products and services are effective January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. Prices for all special and imprint products and seller provided services are effective for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quote. All orders are subject to product availability and must meet Seller’s minimum order requirements as outlined below.

CHARGES

All orders are subject to applicable shipping, freight, taxes, and processing charges. Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and the delivery zip code provided on the order.

STOCK ORDERS

MINIMUM ORDER

$25.00 US Dollars. Orders placed by the customer that fall below the minimum will be held until such time the order minimum is met or seller receives notice to cancel the order.

CUT-OFF TIME

In stock orders placed on business holidays, on weekends, or after 2:00PM MST will be processed the next working business day.

LEAD TIME

2 business days after receipt of order.

SPECIAL ORDERSOrders that require structural product modification, creation, or addition, are subject to a 2000 piece minimum order quantity and a Non- Cancellable Non-Returnable agreement (NCNR).

IMPRINT ORDERS

Orders that require special imprinting or artwork placement are subject to a 50 piece minimum order quantity. Imprint orders must have an artwork approval form signed by seller and customer.

LEAD TIMES

Lead times for special and imprint orders are a minimum of 10 working days after receipt of order. Seller will notify customer of lead times at time of customer quote.

TOLERANCE

All special orders ship with sellers manufacturing tolerance of +/-10%.

PAYMENTPayment is due within 30 days of the invoice date for open accounts. Payment is due immediately for all charge accounts. Seller accepts all major credit cards and P-cards as acceptable forms of payment.

SHIPPING & FREIGHTUnless expressly agreed to in writing, customer orders less than $2500.00 USD will be shipped ground prepaid and added. Seller offers shipping options with all national carriers. If the customer purchase order does not indicate a carrier preference, the seller’s default shipping method is the United States Postal Service.

RETURNS

STOCK ORDERS

Stock products may be returned within sixty (60) days of delivery receipt. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping charges for any product returned to seller. Seller will pay for all ground return shipping charges should the product be deemed defective due to manufacturer error in production, imprint, assembly, or quality.

IMPRINT & SPECIAL ORDERS

Imprint and special orders are not available to return unless Seller deems product defective due to manufacturer error in production, imprint, assembly, or quality.

WARRANTIES

STOCK ORDERS

Seller warranties all stock products for sixty (60) days from receipt of order by customer.

IMPRINT & SPECIAL ORDERS

Seller warranties all imprint and special orders for functional defect only due to manufacturer error in production, imprint, assembly, or quality for (60) days from receipt or order by customer.
