V.O.D. Bene ts Regulates and distributes anhydrous ammonia from one assembly. Eliminates the pressure reducing ball valve or bu er y valve used for controlling the applica on rate prior to the distribu on point. The result is near tank pressure and predominantly liquid at the point of distribu on.

Liquid at the point of distribu on will maximize row to row accuracy. U lize the tank pressure! Eliminate the need for a pump.

V.O.D. Features The 17 outlet V.O.D can be operated by many of the popular rate controllers. Adapter cables are available to mate to your current wiring.

Internal components are anodized aluminum for extended life. It is NOT a shuto valve. Can be used with most controllers. Works with John Deere, Ag Leader, Trimble, Raven, etc. Call for details.

The Hiniker Nitro Lert anhydrous ammonia knife monitor system alerts operators to individual blocked manifold outlets, lines or knives. In line sensors for each outlet monitor for ow varia ons and alert the operator to poten al problems. If a malfunc on is detected, an audible alarm is sounded and the display indicates which line is blocked.

The Nitro Lert system works independently of any other monitor or rate control systems that may be installed. Factory issued installa on guidelines should be followed to assure op mum performance with your par cular set up.

Typical problems iden ed by Nitro Lert users include:

Nitro Lert detected a plugged knife that occurred when the operator turned o the ow to one sec on of the applicator. When the sec on was turned back on, one of the knives had plugged with dirt, blocking ow and triggering a Nitro Lert no ca on.

Broken knives. Nitro Lert detected a varia on in ow through the broken knife and alerted the operator to the problem.

Nitro Lert detected par al blockage caused by welding slag that was le in the knife tubes during the manufacturing process.

With a Nitro Lert system you'll detect problems as they occur, while they can be corrected!

Squibb Taylor now has a bracket for their Flo Max safety coupler or “breakaway”. The Flo Max can be tough to get together and apart, but this bracket makes it easy. This is now standard equipment on all of our systems. A version for the 1 1/2” Flo Max is also available.

S o l u t i o n s Having issues with water in Raven valve motors? We can replace an exis ng Raven motor on a NH3 ball valve with a KZ motor. No need to pull the valve body, just swap motors. The KZ motor can even come with Raven’s new style molded connec on. We have used the Mini Mole knives from Hi Pro for the past 2 side dress seasons. They move enough dirt to seal, but do not heave the soil at higher speeds like the original or side dress mole. We now stock the Mini as well as Standard, and Side dress Hi Pro moles. Do you have an issue that the dealer said can’t be done or the cost of an upgrade is too high? Give us a call, we may be able to solve your issue. Data Management—It seems like everyone wants our data nowadays. We currently do not o er formal services, but if you need some assistance in managing your informa on, maps printed, plan ng reference maps generated, your management tree is a mess and you just want it cleaned up, give us a call.
