Fiori to the position of Corporate Vice President and Global Talent Director, effective February 2, 2015. Debra will succeed David R. Goodrich, who will retire after more than 30 years of exemplary service with Parsons. David started his career with Parsons in Saudi Arabia in 1981. After working in numerous human resources positions in the Pasadena headquarters, he was appointed Manager of Human Resources for The Ralph M. Parsons Company in 1992. In 1996, David moved to Houston as Vice President, Human Resources, for the former energy and chemicals business unit. Since 1999, David has served as the top corporate human resources executive for Parsons. Debra joined Parsons in 2007, and she has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of talent management, including serving as Human Resources Director at RTKL Associates and in human resources positions at Danaher Tool Group. Since joining Parsons, she has served as Vice President, Talent Management, for Parsons Commercial Technology Group and, most recently, she served as Vice President of Talent Management for Parsons Transportation Group, Inc. (PTG). In this role, she has been responsible for all facets of human resources for PTG, which consists of more than 5,000 employees in diverse markets and geographies throughout the world. Debra holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and communication from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, and a master’s degree in communication from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia. She also completed the Advanced HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR ® ).
