Location: Bradford County, PA and Sullivan County, PA,and located atop the Marcellus Shale
Facility Overview
39 mile, 30 inch bi-directional gas pipeline connecting Crestwood's Stagecoach South Lateral pipeline interconnect atTGP's 300 line to Transco's Leidy Line.
Together with Crestwood's North-South Pipeline, this pipeline allows shippers to wheel/transport gas bi-directionally on afirm basis approximately 75 miles between the Millennium Pipeline and Transco's Leidy Line and all points in between.

Not a natural gas pipeline!!HVL (High Volatile Liquids) !!Under PHMSA regulation; siting devolves to state (PAPUC)!!Part of the Mariner series of pipelines !!Will deliver NGLs from natural gas processing plants to petrochemical users. !!Destination is Marcus Hook, PA for export of the NGLs. !!Mariner East, would connect to MarkWest Energy's gas-processing plant in Chartiers Township and hook up to an existing, !nearly 20-year-old line crossing Pennsylvania into Delaware."
Anticipated that Project Mariner East 2 would be in-service !for the transportation of ethane, propane and butane in early 2016.
Open Season: December 4, 2013
Project Mariner East 2 involves !
(i) construction or development of a pipeline from Scio, Ohio to the SPMT Terminal, which may include new and/or existing pipeline, and !
(ii) conversion of the projected service of the Project Mariner East ethane/propane pipeline from Houston, PA to the SPMT Terminal.
