Good meeting venue Well prepared presenters Friendly Raffa staff Great meetings Everything! It is a very nice program that you
are providing and it does build goodwill! Offering education to the community Variety of topics Quality presenters Food and drink Great initiative to put something together like
this! Providing a diverse offering of financial
workshops Providing clients opportunity for professional
development, information and networking opportunities and overall
business improvement Offering sessions around lunchtime and
providing food — it makes it easy to participate.
Special attention given to details…ie classical musical for transitioning
Presenting relevant topics which provide valuable information for non-profit professionals
Creating a great venue/environment for trainings and communicating about the events
Your classes are very informative; instructors are always knowledgeable
Raffa is doing a tremendous job of providing complimentary high quality continuing

Offer sessions in Alexandria Build in networking Improve consistency of
presenters /vet quality/ some better than others
Add more abstract executive courses and personal development courses
Explore how to post seminars for a view period after the live session
Continue offering classes and providing valuable information
More For Profit client classes
Offer classes in the suburbs Recording and creating a web
database library of presented materials which
can be accessed by clients (even if nominal fee is required) during non-work
hours would be nice Provide remote access to all Presentations could be
substantive More sessions for small
