Voyager’s Project Portfolio

Khul Morit has returned some of the BEST COPPER RESULTS in Mongolia since the discovery of Oyu

Tolgoi. These include: 116 metres at 2.4% copper and 7.2 g/t silver from 30 metres from hole KM0012RCD 75 metres at 2.4% copper and 5.7 g/t silver from 48 metres from hole KM0050RC 34 metres at 3.4% copper and 14.7 g/t silver from 92 metres from hole KM0053RC

Khul Morit

The geological and alteration signatures at Khul Morit are typical of large copper porphyry systems globally

Quartz tourmaline breccias indicate a high level copper mineralised porphyry system

And the classic phyllic alteration is typical of the low level core of a porphyry system

Over 55,000 meters has been drilled at Khul Morit

A high percentage of which targeted the near surface hydrothermal breccias To date porphyry targeting has been limited

Khul Morit

In recent months though the Company has taken a systematic step-by-step approach to identify porphyry targets at Khul Morit, including; Completing a full audit of all work carried

out at Khul Morit The establishment of a new geological team Developed a new list of drill targets

targeting the porphyry system Recent drilling at 3 targets resulted in highlighting

exciting copper porphyry style observations

Observations included:

Results from KMR122RCD suggest that this hole may be adjacent to, and/or above, the

development of a larger porphyry stockwork. Drill hole KM0227D highlighted significant intersections of ignimbrite and block ash tuff

discovered at depth, similar to the caps above the giant Oyu Tolgoi (OT) copper deposit

The ignimbrite/block ash tuff formation contains significant primary chalcopyrite with visible traces of copper mineralization

The Company believes these could be formation rocks associated with a copper porphyry target

supplying the copper mineralization to the very high grade breccias, found at surface Targeted geophysical work was completed at specific locations including Gradient IP and Spectral

Alteration Mapping Both exercises have assisted in delineating new drill targets But also highlighted the necessity to complete additional IP and Mapping

Khul Morit

Mongolia will be a substantial producer of Copper Oyu Tolgoi Invested capital to date of over US$5.5b Target production of 450,000 tonnes of copper equates to 3% of global production

and 24% of Asia’s copper consumption Tsagaan Suvarga European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), committed to invest

up to US$350M Estimated Resource of 240Mt at 0.53% Cu

Investing in Copper in Mongolia

A management team with a proven track record in returning shareholder value

Company is fully funded to continue its current drilling programme Khul Morit (KM) continues to highlight all the trace element signatures associated with an

extensive copper porphyry system To date porphyry targeting has been limited

Diamond core drilling to recommence at KM Project

Focusing on better delineated copper porphyry targets

Strategic Partnerships

Identify strategic companies with appetite for Mongolia

Mining licence application at KM Project nearing completion Expected completion early 2013

Appetite to invest in Copper in Mongolia exists Voyager’s own oversubscribed share placement Oyu Tolgoi, Tsagaan Suvarga
