2. Be held accountable: By tracking your progress you will be able to clearly measure your success towards your goals. Once you have established your starting point numbers ( BMI, weight, measures) you will then be able to reassess and evaluate your progress at regular intervals. The implementation of accountability measures will be very effective in keeping you on course and allowing you to tangibly measure your progress. It can be very motivating to look back at your progress and see just

Saturday, June 1st. Get in shape for the 5K by participating in the 3rd Annual Freihofer’s Training Challenge, a comprehensive, 10-week program
