The 2013 Nonprofit Survey collects wage data on an individual employee basis. To enter your data, list each of your employees matched to a survey job. For example, if you have six (6) employees who match to the Program Assistant position, you will list each employee in a row in the Wage Data form, each matched to job 89, Program Assistant.

This will automatically appear as you list jobs. This is here in case we (MBL) need to follow up to answer any questions.

If you have an HRIS or a current spreadsheet list of your employees, you can cut and paste the appropriate fields from your list into the wage data input sheet.

Your participation greatly contributes to the overall integrity of the survey; providing you, and organizations like yours, with timely, valuable pay & benefits data.

THANK YOU!
