Sun City Anthem in Henderson is perched in the foothills of the Black Mountains, 800 feet above the valley floor.

The community offers two 18-hole golf courses at Revere Golf Club featuring both The Lexington and Concord Courses. Buckman’s Grill offers great breakfast, lunches and dinner menus at the golf course.

7,144 households making it one of the largest active adult communities in South-ern Nevada. Home prices range from mid $100’s – high $800’s. Anthem Center is Sun City Anthem’s 77,000 square foot main clubhouse, featuring panoramic views of the valley, a grand ballroom, art-fitness center, dance studio and much more.

The brand new solar-powered 20,000 square foot clubhouse at Sun City Anthem has additional indoor and outdoor swim-ming pools with 5 tennis courts.

Magazine Distribution:

The Spirit is mailed every month 7,700 + residents in the Sun City Anthem community.

Payments: Payment MUST be made when reserving ad space. We accept checks, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Ads, contracts and payments are due on or before the 1st of each month. All accounts paid by check, must also have a “valid” credit card on file.

Check payments MUST be mailed and made out to RedHead Marketing, LLC.

Additional 10% for ad specific placement.3-month 1/8 page ads MUST be paid in full.

Ad design is available: 1/8th & 1/4 page ads = $80.00; 1/2 page and larger = $125.00 (1 revision provided)Ads can be emailed as high resolution (300 dpi) PDF, JPG, TIFF or EPS files. Full page ads with full bleed are available: trim size is 8.5” x11” build file at 8.625 x 11.125 to allow for bleed.
