In addition to other goals, FSCA provides timely, relevant information exists that supports professional school counselors and student advocacy.

6:15am – 7:00am – "Sunrise Circulation" – This group fitness class will offer a combination of cardio, strength and flexibility exercises to wake up your body and get you energized for the day! Taught by AFAA-certified group exercise instructor, Cherie Burgess, our FSCA Region 3 Vice-President. Please bring your mat and towel as FSCA gets physical!
