Number of Meals During Your Package Stay The Disney Dining Plan includes one (1) Quick-Service Meal, one (1) Snack, and one (1) Table-Service Meal per person, per night of your package stay for everyone in the party ages 3 and over. The plan also includes one (1) Resort refillable drink mug per person, that is valid for the length of your stay (eligible for refills at Quick-Service loca- tions only in your Disney Resort hotel). Using Your Meals e You can redeem more than one Quick-Service meal, Table-Service meal or snack per day, if you wish, until your total number of meal/ snack entitlements are depleted. e All unused meals and snacks and the ability to use your Resort refillable mug expire at midnight on your package reservation checkout date. Redeeming Your Mealse Present your Key to the World card to the server or cashier at the time a

meal or snack is purchased and specify the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 10+ on your Disney Dining Plan and the number of meals or snacks being redeemed for Guests ages 3-9 on your Disney Dining Plan.

e Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.e Gratuities are not included except at Dinner Shows, Private In-Room

Dining and Cinderella’s Royal Table.

• An additional form of payment is needed if you add a gratuity and have not provided a credit card at check-in to charge incidentals and other expenses to your room.

• An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to your bill for parties of 6 or more.

• An automatic gratuity charge may also be added to your bill for items you order that are not included in the Disney Dining Plan (e.g. alchoholic beverages).

e Choosing items from a separate prix fixe menu offered at certain locations requires payment of a surcharge in addition to redeeming the number of Table-Service entitlements required at the location.

e You may not redeem meals or snacks for any Guests who are not on your Disney Dining Plan.

e The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.

Tracking Your Mealse Your meal usage will be tracked electronically to your package

reservation.

The example below illustrates a party with 2 Guests ages 10+ and 2 Guests ages 3-9, staying on a three-night/four-day package, utilizing one of their Quick-Service meal entitlements.

e After you dine, your party’s remaining entitlements for the meal type you just enjoyed (Table-Service, Quick-Service or Snack) will be printed on the receipt.

e You can also contact your hotel concierge at any time for your meal plan balance.

Healthy Food Optionse Disney is committed to offering a wide range of options for you and your

family. We offer menu selections for all of our Guests, including children, seeking well-balanced meals, snacks and beverages as well as those with lifestyle dining requests or special dietary requests. Guests should notate any special dietary requests at the time of booking their dining reservation. Guests may also speak with a chef or manager upon arrival at the dining location.

Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at a Signature Restaurant will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. Gratuities are not included.

Dress Code for Signature Restaurants is Resort Casual. Not permitted in dining room: Tank tops, swimsuits or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, torn clothing of any kind, or t-shirts with offensive language and/or graphics.

The Disney Dining Plan can be used for Character Dining experiences. One (1) Table-Service meal for each person participating in the Character Dining experience will be redeemed from their meal plan balance, unless otherwise noted. Gratuities are not included.Please Note: Two Table-Service meals for each person dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table will be redeemed from their meal plan balance. Gratuities are included.

Merchandise or photo imaging products that may be offered at Character Dining experiences are not included, except at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.

Dinner Shows offer family-style dining with live entertainment show performances throughout the meal, themed to the Resort setting.

The Disney Dining Plan can be used for Category 2 or Category 3 seating at all Dinner Shows (subject to availability) and Category 1 seating at the 8:30pm Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue (subject to availability).

Please pick up your dinner show ticket at the Concierge Desk in your Disney Resort Hotel prior to arriving at the show. All Dinner Shows require Advance Reservations. Gratuities are included.

Two meals for each person dining at a Dinner Show will be redeemed from their meal plan balance.

e Our Table-Service restaurants, character dining and dinner shows book quickly and the restaurant and seating of your choice may be limited or may not be available during your visit. Q. Can Guests ages 3-9 order anything off the menu?

A. No, Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu, where available. Many children’s menus offer healthy options in addition to kid favorites. The Disney Dining Plan is unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge, or a meal may be purchased from the menu. The price of the meal will be added to your bill.

Q. Can Guests ages 10+ use Guests ages 3-9 meal entitlements?

A. Sorry, meal entitlements cannot be shared between Guests ages 10+ and Guests ages 3-9.

Q. Must I use exactly 1 Table-Service, 1 Quick-Service and 1 Snack each night of my package stay?

A. No, for maximum flexibility, meal entitlements can be used whenever you like during your package stay. For example, one night you may wish to hold off using a Table-Service meal and then the following night use 2 Table-Service meals to dine at a Signature Restaurant or Dinner Show (subject to availability).

Q. Are gratuities included?

A. No, gratuities are not included unless otherwise indicated. An 18% gratuity will be added automatically for parties of 6 or more.

Q. How will I be able to keep track of the number of meals used?

A. After you dine, your party’s remaining entitlements for that meal type (Table-Service, Quick-Service or Snack) will be printed on the receipt. You can also stop by the Concierge of your hotel for a complete printout of meals used/available.

Q. Can Guests dining at a Table-Service restaurant substitute an appetizer or salad for a dessert?

A. No, Guests may not substitute their dessert entitlement for an appetizer or salad.
