From www.jwsanantonio.com
The JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa offers six distinct dining options. Each restaurant and lounge features imaginative menus, cocktails, and beverages
with a focus on fresh, sustainable, and organic ingredients.
High VelocityBrimming with excitement and energy, the High Velocity Sports Bar features handcrafted materials emblazoned with the logos of the Texas college and professional teams. Video walls and high tech media displays define the room and the experience. High Velocity features 120-foot-long high-definition video walls that capture every moment, putting guests’ right in the middle of the action. Enjoy one of their private booths complete with personal TV screens or relax in their cozy lounge areas which feature flat screen TVs, all equipped so you’ll never have to miss a moment of the action. While the 120-foot-long media display may be it’s main draw, High Velocity also features an impressive collection of 24 local craft beers on tap and an extensive menu.
Cibolo MoonShowcasing casual Texas cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Cibolo Moon, the resort’s main restaurant and its signature bar will celebrate the style from neighboring Mexico infused with the best of Texas. As part of their new wine list, Cibolo Moon is now serving wine on tap! They are very proud to be serving wine in this unique and innovative manner, and to be one of only a handful of restaurants in the country serving wine on tap. The wine is stored in re-usable wine casks in a specialized refrigeration system with a nitrogen tank, which keeps the wine always fresh and ready to drink. Feel free to come out to Cibolo Moon and have a look at their new wine system.
Rivertop GrillThe Rivertop menu features foods built on San Antonio regional cuisine. Wahoo fish tacos, carne asada and carnitas, the highlight of the menu, are prepared with innovation and flair, fresh made tortillas and salsas create a feeling of “I have to have one of those.” Other dishes may include fresh barbecue pork sliders, frito pie with Texas chili and salsa fresca, along with an array of freshly made grilled burgers, chicken sandwiches and fresh grilled seafood. Signature beverages include a selection of colorful specialty frozen drinks, margaritas, mai tais, bottled beers, draft beers, classic and contemporary hand-crafted cocktails.
18 OaksWith its signature view of TPC San Antonio’s famous PGA TOUR golf courses, 18 Oaks Restaurant isn’t just in the Hill Country. It’s of the Hill Country. By locally sourcing a variety of meats, cheeses and produce—some grown right here in the JW Marriott Gardens—we’ve created a menu rich with flavors you simply can’t find anywhere else. The Windy Bar Ranch, dry-aged steaks are extraordinary, but they’re just the beginning. Our carefully constructed seasonal wine list and house-made specialties including Chef Jeffrey Surprise’s Cured Pickles and Windy Bar Ranch Smoked Jerky consistently dazzle and delight. But 18 Oaks isn’t just for special occasions. It’s casual and comfortable—making every day worth celebrating. Reservations highly recommended at 210-491-5825.
Replenish Spa BistroOur distinctive Spa Bistro will offer food & beverage options to assist in relaxing the body and mind. Options will range from energizing post work out smoothies to relaxing after treatment lunches. Enjoy fresh juices poolside or an ice-cold creative concoction from one of our mixologists, or glass of wine. All is designed to compliment the relaxing and stress free environment that is our Lantana Spa.
Crooked BranchThe Crooked Branch Lobby Bar offers beautiful views of the surrounding Texas Hill Country. The menu is Modern American Cuisine focusing on fresh, seasonal, organic, and sustainable products of the San Antonio region with bright flavors. The menu items are designed to be shared easily with a group, a quick bite for the single diner or more substantial offerings for those that are looking for a meal. Many of the products are sourced from the local area. The menu offerings reflect the sophisticated experience a JW guest expects but with a sense of approachability. Beverages include natural infused white tea iced teas, house made natural sodas, Texas sweet tea, large selection of quality wines, craft beers and hand crafted cocktails.
