Your MVP exPerience We are very appreciative of the support some of our most loyal fans – our Bucks MVPs – give their Milwaukee Bucks year in and year out. Our priority, then, is to provide MVPs with an exceptional Membership experience on Bucks Game Day and beyond. The 2013-14 MVP Membership sets new standards for what it means to be a season ticket holder in Milwaukee. Even during the summer months, we provide Bucks MVPs with unique events and exclusive offers not available to the general public. Your participation and feedback allows us to continually enhance the program and provide fun access to Bucks Basketball and what Milwaukee has to offer both in- and out-of-season. We are here to maximize your value and enjoyment of your MVP Membership experience. Contact your Account Executive at any time during the season with questions or suggestions. Also, new this season, the Time Warner Cable Club – located outside of Sections 223-224 – is your one-stop-shop for all things MVP. One of our full-time Account Executives will be in the club during games to answer questions, visit or assist in any way.


MVP benefits Bucks MVPs receive some of the best benefits in sports, in addition to support from an MVP service team that has been recognized by the NBA for customer service excellence in each of the past two seasons. MVP benefit packages vary depending on seat location and season plan, as shown below for the 2013-14 season:

TickeT crediTs can be used to obtain additional seats or to upgrade your current seatlocation for select 2013-14 Bucks home games. One credit is good for one additional or upgradedseat in most areas of the building (all locations are subject to availability). To redeem, simplyplace a request through your Bucks Account Executive. ArenA crediTs can be used to purchase concessions and merchandise at the BMO HarrisBradley Center on Bucks Game Day.NEW THIS SEASON: Arena credit is now pre-loaded on the MVP Membership card with the lowest possible seat location by section and/or seat number if necessary. MVP MeMbershiP card faQ’s1. What if I want to give tickets to friends/family? Your MVP Membership Cards function just like a regular ticket. The only difference is that they are valid

for all 2013-14 Bucks regular season home games. If you would like to tranfer your seats to someone else, you can do so electronically by logging on to your MyBucks Online Account Manager. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket from any standard printer and the barcode on your MVP Membership Card for that seat and game will be voided.

2. What happens if I lose my card or it gets stolen? If you lose one of your MVP Membership cards, please contact your Account Service Executive

immediately. The bar code associated with that card will be disabled and will no longer work for entry into games at the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Alternative arrangements will be made with you to replace your lost card(s).

3. What if one of my guests is arriving separately? Your guests will require their own ticket to enter the BMO Harris Bradley Center. Prior to coming to the

game, you can transfer their seats electronically by using your MyBucks Online Account Manager.

4. What if I forget my MVP Membership Cards? If you have access to a computer and printer prior to heading to the game, you can print your tickets for

that night by using your MyBucks Online Account Manager. If you are already on your way to the game, please visit the Will Call window at the Northwestern Mutual

Gate (located at the Southeast corner of the building). Please be prepared to provide a form of photo ID and verify security information in order to get your tickets for that game reprinted.

5. I use my tickets for business clients and employee incentives. How will I give them my tickets? Getting tickets to clients or employees is simple with MyBucks Online Account Manager. If you would

like to forward your seats to someone else or print them, simply log on to your MyBucks Online Account Manager and follow the detailed steps in this guide to complete the process. The recipient will be able to print the electronic ticket from any standard printer and the barcode on your MVP Membership Card for that seat and game will be voided.

6. I split my tickets with someone else. How does it work with only one card per seat? MVP Membership cards will be provided to primary account holders. It is up to each individual account

holder and their shareholders to determine how the card(s) are issued amongst the group.

7. What if I want to sell my ticket? You can list your ticket for sale through the official resale marketplace of the Milwaukee Bucks*. Simply

log on to your MyBucks Account Manager for access to do so. If your tickets sell, they will be electronically transferred to the new buyer.

*A 10% commission is collected from each sale which is deducted prior to sending you your payment. Keep this in mind when deciding on the price. In addition, we recommend looking at the sale price of other comparable listings which can give you an idea of what the market value is for your tickets.

8. If I have arena credit in my package, will it be on my MVP Membership card? If you are eligible to receive arena credit for the 2013-14 Bucks Season, all of the money will be loaded

on the MVP Membership card with the lowest possible seat location by section and/or seat number if necessary.

For example: If you own Section 210, Row E, Seats 1-4; your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 210, Row E, Seat 1.

Multiple Seat Block Example: If you own Section 210, Row E, Seats 1-4 AND Section 105, Row H, Seats 5-8; your arena credit is on the MVP Membership Card for Section 105, Row H, Seat 5.


MYbucks online account ManagerYou have the ability to print, transfer, resell or donate your tickets via MyBucks Online Account Manager. For access, visit www.nba.com/bucks/mvp and follow the simple steps on the next few pages to manage your tickets effectively.

logging in1. Visit www.nba.com/bucks/mvp2. Click on the “Account Login” Button3. Enter your account ID or email address and password 4. Click “Continue” *If you have forgotten your password, use the “forgot password” link and enter your email address and a new

password will be e-mailed to you, or contact your Bucks Account Manager.


Print Your tickets*

1. Select “manage my tickets” from the home screen 2. Use “calendar view” or “list view” to select your desired game3. Select “Print tickets” from the “select an action” drop down list4. After your desired seats are chosen, click “done” 5. Your original tickets will be voided and your new tickets will appear on your screen as a PDF. You can then print the

tickets from any standard printer.

*Please be sure to disable your browser popup blockers prior to completing these steps to allow internet downloads from MyBucks Account Manager


transfer Your tickets1. Select “manage my tickets” from the home screen2. Use “calendar view” or “list view” to select your desired game3. Select “Transfer tickets to a friend” from the “select an action” drop down list4. Select the seats you want to transfer then click “done”5. From the Manage My Tickets screen select “continue”6. Verify your game and seat selection and select “continue to transfer”7. Enter the information (name and email) of your recipient or select someone from your contact book8. You can enter an optional message to your recipient9. Set an email reminder. If your tickets are not accepted, you will get an email from Ticketmaster10. Set the price you wish to be displayed on the tickets, either single game price or no price11. Select “next step”12. Review your ticket transfer selection and agree to the terms of use13. Select “complete transfer” to email your ticket offer to your recipient14. Your original tickets will be voided and an email will be sent to your recipient. Once they create an account with

Ticketmaster using the same email address the tickets were sent to and accept the ticket offer, the recipient can then log into their online account and print the tickets from any standard printer


donate Your tickets1. Select “manage my tickets” from the home screen

2. Use “calendar view” or “list view” to select your desired game

3. Select “Donate tickets to charity” from the action drop down list

4. Select the seats you want to donate and then click “done”

5. From the Manage My Tickets screen select “continue”

6. Verify your game and seat selection and select “continue to donate”

7. Agree to the terms of donation

8. Indicate if you wish to donate anonymously

9. Select “donate now”

10. Your original tickets will be voided and the selected tickets will be donated to the MACC Fund

11. You will receive a proof of donation letter from the MACC Fund for the value of your donation


Post Your tickets for sale on the official resale MarketPlace of the Milwaukee bucks 1. Select “manage my tickets” from the home screen

2. Use “calendar view” or “list view” to select your desired game

3. Select “Sell tickets” from the “select an action” drop down list

4. Select the seats you want to transfer then click “done”

5. Choose how you want to get paid if your tickets sell

6. Select your price, the date when you want your posting to end and insert any comments related to your tickets

7. Enteryourbillinginformationandthenconfirmthetransaction

8. If your tickets sell, your original bar code will be voided and the new tickets will be electronically transferred to the new buyer.
