Directions for Use:INVASAN DP300R is currently registered as amanufacturing use product (MUP) with the U.S. EPA underFIFRA. All end-use pesticide products formulated withINVASAN DP 300R must be registered with the EPA underFIFRA prior to commercialization in the U.S. unless coveredunder the EPA rule 40 CFR 152.25(a) Treated articles orsubstance.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in amanner inconsistent with its labeling. Use only under anagreement with Huntsman Intemational LLC. INVASANDP300R is intended for use as an additive into the followingmaterials and substances as part of the manufacturingprocess in order to provide built-in antibacterial andantifungal activity in manufactured materials and finishedproducts. INVASAN DP300R inhibits the growth of non­health related microorganisms such as bacteria, mold,mildew, and fungus that may cause odor, stain,discoloration, unsightly texture, decay, or deterioration ofphysical properties of the material and finished product.Distributors of products containing the additive may notmake claims of antimicrobial activity other than theprotection of the product against the growth of bacteria,mold, mildew and fungi in or on the treated product. Forfurther guidance on treated article label claims, please referto 40 C.F.R. §152.25(a) and any additional guidance orpolicies issued by the U.S. Environmental ProtectionAgency.
