UNCONDITIONAL PROMISES

When You’re Against the Wall

Psalms 50:15 "... and call upon me in the

day of trouble; I will deliver you, and

you will honor me."


When You Walk in Mystery

Jeremiah 33:3 "Call to me and I will

answer you and tell you great and

unsearchable things you do not know."


God's Desire to Answer Prayer

Matthew 7:7 "Ask and it will be given to

you; seek and you will find; knock and

the door will be opened to you.


8 For everyone who asks receives; he who

seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the

door will be opened."

CONDITIONAL PROMISES

1 John 5:14 This is the confidence we

have in approaching God: that if we ask

anything according to his will, he hears

us.


15 And if we know that he hears us--

whatever we ask--we know that we have

what we asked of him.


1 John 3:21 Dear friends, if our hearts do

not condemn us, we have confidence

before God 22 and receive from him

anything we ask, because we obey his

commands and do what pleases him.


Psalms 37:4 Delight yourself in the

LORD and he will give you the desires of

your heart.


John 15:7 If you remain in me and my

words remain in you, ask whatever you

wish, and it will be given you.


John 14:14 You may ask me for anything

in my name, and I will do it.

the sea,' and it will be done.

whatever you ask for in prayer."


James 5:16 Therefore confess your sins to

each other and pray for each other so

that you may be healed. The prayer of a

righteous man is powerful and effective.

effect that they should always pray and

THE TRIFECTA OF PRAYER

Luke 11:9 "So I say to you: Ask and it

will be given to you; seek and you will

to you.

11 "Which of you fathers, if your son asks

for a fish, will give him a snake instead?


12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a

scorpion?

heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who

ask him!"

OBJECTIONS TO PRAYER

1. God has more important things to take

care of than my petty stuff.

2. Why do we have to tell Him what we

need? Isn't He supposed to already know?

3. I haven't prayed for lots of stuff and still

gotten it. What's the point?
