In the past year weve added a new and improved Integrated Custom Design Center (ICDC) and showroom at our Durham, NC location that gives you a facility and the ability to work directly with our custom design team to either improve upon existing products, or develop new next generation, cutting edge products required for mission success. The ICDC is equipped with new Gerber cutting machines, state-of-the art design software and much, much more. Weve also added new programs designed to assist deploying personnel and units. These programs are cost effective, supports pre-positioned products and in majority of the situations, delivery times are greatly reduced. As part of the LC Industries weve added new capacity capabilities that allows us to rapidly manufacture up to 15,000 pieces a month, or if needed over 50,000 pieces a month. Weve dramatically expanded our product offerings as well. Today we have access to over 500 tactical vendors and currently stock products from over 125 tactical vendors. As part of LC Industries, the TAG brand can now execute seamless tactical product integration and kitting services. Banshee Rifle Plate CarrierThe BANSHEE Rifle Plate Carrier was designed to meet and exceed the needs of the operator. If you are an Operator, Military and Law Enforcement alike who needs a high quality carrier that has great load carrying capacity in a compact lightweight design the BANSHEE is for you. The Shoulders on the BANSHEE rifle plate carrier are fully adjustable and padded with a new advanced design feature not seen in other rigs. The shoulder areas once adjusted slides into itself and locks in securely with a hidden quick release buckle. On the shoulders are 2 rows of PALS webbing with elastic nylon sewn in between the PALS webbing allowing for comms or hydration tubing to be ran through. The front and back of the BANSHEE are identical and feature 5 rows of PALS webbing and two 2 inch rows of loop sewn on for flags and other identifiers. Phalanx Family of Chest RigsTactical Assault Gears Phalanx Family of Chest Rigs was born out of a need to provide Operators with multiple options using the exact same sized platform. This chest rig is a great solution for anyone where weight is a critical factor. Made using 500 wt. nylon. Its the lightest most durable fabric currently being used for tactical gear that can still offer you strength and abrasion resistance that will last for years. The (4) center mounted pouches can hold any style M4 magazine including SCAR light magazines, M14 magazines, SR 25 magazines, and SCAR heavy magazines. The bungee retention straps can be adjusted to fit your particular magazine. At each end of the chest rigs there are multiple radio and utility pouch configurations to fit your specific requirements. The radio pouches that fit the MBITR 148 and the 152, and for LE applications the type (4) has an MX5000 radio pouch. You can either run either a dual comms set up or remove the radio strap and use it as a holster if desired (thumb break is included). Small utility pouches are large enough to carry 100 rnd box of 7.62 ammunition, as well as a BA5590 battery, small prepack blow out kits, flash bangs, etc.... The bag is made with 1000 denier fabric for durability, water repellency, and abrasion resistance. The bag is lined with 440 weigh pack cloth for added strength.
