Connie and the gang
Dear friends,
Ready or not, here come the holidays! Do you have your gifts made and ready to wrap? If not, we have two classes - a wool applique class and a machine applique class - in which you'll not only learn new techniques but will complete a Christmas project. See our class schedule and sign up now!
We're still collecting pillowcases for ConKerr Cancer. If you're making pillowcases for the grandkids, why not make an extra one or two to donate to a child battling a serious illness? This is surely the time of year that must be extra difficult for a hospitalized child and his or her family. Any donations are welcome…...and if you don't have time to make a pillowcase but would donate the fabric for one, there's an eleven-year-old girl who is busy sewing up hundreds and could use help with her "stash" for this cause. If you can help her, please put it in a bag labeled "fabric for pillowcases." We'll get it to her!
Have a wonderful fall! Stop when you can; the coffee's always on!
