천공구멍에 에어로 먼지를 제거한 후 패커를

홀에 삽입한다. 패커삽입시 작업완료 후 쉽게

제거하기위해 패커의 주입구로부터 2cm정도만

남기고 삽입한다.

Remove dust from the drilled holes and insert packers. Leave about 2cm from the injection site to easily remove packers at the end.

천공드릴로 20cm이하 간격으로 천공한다. 깊이는

약6~10cm, 크랙을 약간 벗어난 지점에서 45도

방향으로 비스듬히 천공한다.

Use a twist drill (10Ø) to drill holes at an interval of less than 20cm. At a depth of 6~10cm, drill at a 45 degree angle along the side of the crack.

T팬들로 우레탄발포지수제 주입시에 패커가

빠지거나 지수제가 새어나오지 않을 정도로 조인다.

Use a T handle (10Ø) to tighten packers to firmly position the packers and to prevent the grout from leaking.

우레탄발포지수제를 주입기의 주입통에 2/3정도를

주은 후 뚜껑을 닫는다.

주입 후 모습이 패커와 패커사이의 크랙으로

발포지수제가 이어지도록 주입한 것을 확인한 후

구찌를 제거한다.

When injecting, start with a low pressure and inject until 10cm leaks out from both sides of the packer. Do not inject too much at once and insert the next packer before more injections.

20cm이하 간격으로 패커가 설치되어 있으니 어느

한쪽부터 시작을 하는데 주로 세로 크랙은 아래부터

위로, 가로 크랙은 좌우 끝에서 중간으로 이동하면서

주입한다.

Begin injection- Since the packers are installed at intervals less than 20cm, begin from one end to the other. Move from bottom to top for vertical cracks and from end points to the middle for horizontal cracks.

망치로 패커의 주입부분을 살짝 치면 패커가 부러져

벽체에서 분리된다. 패커는 역류방지 기능이 있어

크랙속에 들어간 우레탄 지수제는 패커를 제거해도

새어 나오지 않는다.

Use a hammer to hit the injection site of the packer to separate it from the wall. Since the packer is able to prevent reverse current flow, the urethane grout in the cracks will not leak out even with the removed packer.

오랫동안 사용하지 않을 경우는 우레탄신너로

한번 세척한 후 청소유로 세척하고 며칠 내로 다시

사용한다면 청소유만으로 세척하면 된다. 주입통에

약1/3정도를 부은 후 세척하면 된다.

Use a urethane thinner followed by cleaning oil if you do not plan to use it again for a long time. Use only cleaning oil if you will be using it within a few days. Fill one-third of the injection pump for cleaning. You may use engine oil instead of cleaning oil.

소개 [ Overview ]

당사는 콘크리트 구조물의 보수·보강 유지보수에 필수 요소인 인젝션용 패카를 다양한 제품으로 생산하고 있으며, 생산라인의 자동화로 원가 절감은

물론 균일한 품질의 제품을 생산하고 있습니다.

특히, 고압주입용 패카로서의 내구성과 저점도 수지에도 역류방지 기능이 탁월하며, 패킹 및 마감 작업이 용이하도록 설계되어 있습니다.

Patented construction method preventing water-tight layer form destruction mainly because of cracks or its swelling/coming off as expansion matters such as moisture generated form layers under the water-tight layer, which is exposed and directly affected by temperature are emitted.

1. 균열 및 누수 상태 조사 [ Crack and leakage condition inspection ]

구조물의 두께, 균열폭, 균열의 깊이 및 누수 상태를 조사하여 공정순서를 확인한다.

Check the process procedure after finding the thickness, width and depth of crack and leakage condition of the structure

4. 주입작업 [ Injection Operation ]

우레탄 지수제를 고압장비나 구리스건을 이용하여 주입한다. 초기 주입압력은 40kg/cm정도로 유지하고 균열부로 지수제

가 흘러 나올때까지 10kg/cm씩 서서히 압력을 증가시킨다. 균열부에 초기엔 물이 흘러나오고 다음에는 지수발포제가 나

오며, 최종적으로는 지수액이 흘러 나온다. 발포가 안된 지수제가 균열부로 흘러나오게 되면 다음 패카로 이동 주입한다.

Inject the urethane water stopping material by using the high pressure device or grease gun. Maintain the initial injection pressure as around 40kg/cm and increase the pressure by each 10kg/cm gradually until the water stopping material flows out from crack section. Water will come out from the crack section first and then water stopping foaming agent and then water stopping liquid at last. If the water stopping material that is not foamed comes from the crack section, then move to next packer for injection.

2. 천공작업 [ Drilling Operation ]

콘크리트 두께가 10cm이하인 경우 균열부에 직접 천공을 한다. 콘크리트 두께가 10cm~50cm인 경우 균열로 부터 콘크리

트 두께의 1/5정도 떨어진 거리에서 45도 각도로 부터 균열부를 관통할 수 있도록 한다. 콘크리트 두께가 50cm이상인 경

우 균열부에서 20cm~30cm 떨어진 위치에 45도 각도로 균열부를 관통할 수 있도록 한다. 정해진 간격으로 천공을 한다.

(평균 1m당 5개를 지그재그로 천공한다.)

Drill directly into crack section if the thickness of concrete is thinner than 10cm. For the thickness of 10cm~50cm, drill it with 45 degree angle by keeping a distance of 1/5 of concrete thickness. Make sure it penetrates the crack section. If the thickness is over than 50cm, keep the distance of 20cm~30cm and drill it with 45 degree angle until it penetrates crack section. And keep drilling by maintaining the fixed interval. (5 holes per 1 meter. Drill it in zigzags)

5. 패카 제거 작업 [ Packer Removing Operation ]

바이스푸라이어 공구를 이용, 꺽어제거하거나 망치로 때려 제거한다.

만약 젖은 부위가 남아있으면 다시 지수제를 주입한다.

Remove and break the packer by using vise pliers or hammer as a tool. If there is still a wet section, then inject the water stopping material again.

3. PACKER 설치 [ Packer Installation ]

천공 부위 내부를 콤프레샤로 깨끗이 청소한다. 패카의 고무슬리브 및 조임너트의 절단선이 콘크리트면 안쪽에 묻히도록

설치한다. T복스를 이용하여 패카를 완전히 조여준다. (너무세게 조이면 패카가 파손됨)

Clean the inside of drilled holes with compressor. Make sure that rubber sleeve of packer and cutting line of tightening nut should be put into the inside of concrete surface when installing. Tighten the packer completely by using the T-box. (Packer might be damaged if you tighten it too strongly)
