This year’s meeting will consist of one live meeting in Geneva at Jordan Hall with real-time interactive broadcasts to seven sites across NYS

the meeting has almost doubled. Participants will have an opportunity to hear

questions/comments from participants at the other sites.

Potential Disadvantages to New Format Participants feel disconnected from speaker

because not face to face. Technical difficulties.

questions during the discussion/question session.

This will be conducted in an orderly manner going from site to site.

sites prior to the meeting day (drop box or CD)

If Adobe Connect fails (which it won’t!), host sites can present PowerPoint presentations with audio from live meeting via speaker phone
