GOLF CLASSIC ITINERARY
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 15TH, 2011
RIVER BEND GOLF COURSE
REGISTRATION & BREAKFAST: 7:00am - 8:00am
SHOTGUN START: 8:30am
DINNER & PRIZES: 2:00pm

PRACTICE AREAS:• Putting Green and Driving Range will be open to
all golfers starting at 7:00am.• Use of these facilities is complimentary.
LUNCH, REFRESHMENTS & SNACKS:• A complimentary lunch will be served near the
#10 Tee Box.• Complimentary Caesars will be served near the
#4 Tee and #12 Green.• The beverage and snack carts will be serving all
day throughout the course at your own expense.
TOURNAMENT FLIGHTS:• The are two separate flights for this tournament• The flights have been determined based on the
handicaps indicated on the registration form• FLIGHT #1 - Mentorship Flight (Higher Handicaps)• FLIGHT #2 - Championship Flight (Lower
Handicaps)
TOURNAMENT FORMAT:18 Hole, 2 Person Best Ball Scramble
• In a scramble, each player tees off on each hole. The best tee shot is selected and both players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then both play their third shot from that spot and so on . . . until the ball is holed.
• Each player on a team MUST USE AT LEAST 6 TEE SHOTS in the 18 hole tournament.
• Tee Markers: Ladies & Juniors (17 & Under) use the yellow tee markers, Men use the blue tee markers.
SCORING PROCEDURE:• Each twosome riding in the same cart shall play as a team.• Using the best ball scramble format, record your actual score on the score
card provided.• Tournament officials will use a modified handicapping procedure to
determine each team’s final score.• In the event of a tie, the tournament committee’s decision on the tie
breaking method is final.

BLIND TEE SHOT:• Located at Hole #1, participants will have the
opportunity to challenge our Blind Golfer to a longest drive competition from the yellow tee box.The only catch is that you will be wearing special sight disabling goggles!!
