St. Paul (USA) based, RAVE was founded in September of 1996 by a team of entrepreneurs led by Norm Mears and launched in March of 1997. Choosing the Right Product – Water Bouncers / Trampolines We can offer three different types of Water Bouncers / Trampolines; Entry Level Bouncers: RAVE Ozone 9 & 12 Foot

Springless systems that are light weight and designed for easy inflation and storage. These products are manufactured from heavy duty 30 Gauge PVC. Traditionally round in shape. Some models have a slide and boarding platform attachment.

Platinum Springless Bouncers: H20 & RAVE Bongo - 10, 13 or 15 foot in diameter

Springless systems that are light weight and designed for easy inflation and storage. The tube material is the same high-grade material used in many ocean-going inflatables and inflatable military boats--a 1000 Denier Polyester with 22-ounce. UV treated PVC. All seams are heat-welded for maximum strength and doubled at key stress points.

Entry Level & Platinum Springless Bouncers The entry level and standard springless models series along with attachments can be used at virtually any water location including large pools, lakes, dams, rivers or beach. They are easy to inflate, anchor, use, pack away and store.

Use with Boats The entry level and standard springless models series along with attachments are perfectly designed to be used with any medium sized boats or larger. The units can be loaded onto the boat and when you arrive at your desired location, the units are inflated and anchored into position. The picture shows the setting up of a 16 foot Water park with Blast Off from an 18 Foot bowrider boat. When you have finished for the day, the units are deflated, packed onto the boat ready for the next use. The 16 Foot Water Park with Blast Off was inflated using the 12 Volt Turbo pump in around 15 minutes. For larger vessels that are fitted with 240 Volt power supply, a 240 volt pump can be used where considerable set up times are reduced. The 16 Foot Water Park can be inflated in around 8 minutes.

Platinum Trampolines The Eclipse / Orbits are designed for more permanent set up and use in such as a lake, river or dam where the unit can be left in place for a prolonged period. The Eclipse / Orbits consist of a full metal interior system which have to be assembled along with the springs, the inflation of the main inflatable tube, spring pad cover, jumping mat and access platform. These assembling works will take over an hour to complete and not recommended for use with boats.

Recommended Inflation Devices We recommend the use of the BSA 12 Volt turbo pump & or the BSA 240 volt pump. These have been designed to be used with all of our Bouncers, Trampolines and related products. Entry level pumps will not inflate these products correctly and we do not recommend the use of compressed air. Refer to page 64 for more information and pricing

Anchoring

Temporary or Permanent Ocean, River & Beach Anchoring Many of the inflatable water sports products available from our range require the use of an anchoring system for the highest level of safety. You can tie up your inflatable product to the rear of a boat, mooring or a permanent structure like jetty or wharf. Alternatively, a simple sand plough anchor will provide a strong securing point. We also recommend the use of the anchor line kit which is attached between the sand plough anchor and the inflatable product. The Anchor line kit includes 6 foot of flexible bungee cord which helps absorb the constant movement by users and change in water tides where applicable. Refer to page 65 of this catalogue for more information and pricing.

Anchoring in Pools There are several methods of anchoring in swimming pools. You should choose the method best suited for your pool. Some pools already have a hook attached on the bottom of the pool floor. Here you simply need to tie a rope to the hook and then to your product. You can also choose to anchor your product horizontally by tying a rope first to your anchor plate (which is on the bottom of all products) and then to any solid structure on your pool deck. If these methods are not suitable then you can purchase or make your own "pool anchor". This is a stainless steel coated block with a hook already attached in the middle. A firm rubber mat is also attached to the bottom of the block so as not to damage the pool floor. The rubber mat should also have a ruff texture so it will grip to the floor and therefore prevent the anchor from sliding out of position.

Storage Recommendations All units can be successfully packed away after deflation where you could store in a custom made storage bag or in a suitable storage device. For larger boats, the unit can be left on board in a dry place. The BSA Storage bag which measures- 508mm Wide x 635mm deep x 20 x 25 x 1320mm Long is large enough to store all products. These bags are fitted with strengthened rear and wheels on the bottom. We have mobile storage bins which are perfect for the storage of all products where they provide protection for longer service life which measures - Dimensions: 1165mm wide x 1165mm long x 780mm high Contact BSA for more information or refer to page 65 of this catalogue.

Whilst there are no current Australian Standards for water trampolines and related products, our product range are superior in design and manufactured to very high standards.
