The Q uality S ing le Accountab ility C on tinuum (Q SAC ) is a statu torily - m anda ted system ofschoo l d is tric t performance assessm ent and is New Jersey's system of educa tionaccountabi l i ty.

QSAC was created in accordance with the Q uality S ing le A ccountability C on tinuum Act .adopted by the New Jersey Legis la ture in September 2005. A dm in is tra tiv e re gu la tio ns toim plement aSAC were adopted by the Comm iss ioner o f Education. e ff ec tiv e Febru a ry 22.
