    Exterior Modification | Building

Exterior building modifications will belimited, consisting primarily of work at thetwo new entrances (northwest &courtyard), minor repairs to existing brickwhere required, and may be generallydescribed as follows:

    1. New/modified wall at student centerentrance area in courtyard, introducing

doors, windows and potentially newcladding at ground level.1a. Bridge in foreground providing

    access to doors across existingareaway.

    2. New/modified wall at new entrance area.3. Existing south-facing windows mayreceive solar screening device.4. Remove existing windows and portion ofbrick wall between. Replace with insulated

overhead rolling door with 2 coatfluoropolymer finish.5. The Ground Level roofing was replacedin 1993; however, a preliminary review ofexisting conditions suggests the roof is inpoor condition and in need of replacementagain. A probable cost of this replacementhas been incorporated into the conceptualcost analysis.
