Medical Affirmative Claims (MAC) FY09– $15M

Third Party Collection Program (TPCP) performance for FY 2009– Total Collections of $240M (a new record)

15% increase over FY 2008 51% increase over FY 2007

– FY 2009 is the third consecutive year where a new TPCP Collection record has been set

– Majority of increase attributable to Improved pharmacy collections Overall revenue cycle performance
