No orders will be processed until a valid resale tax ID number is on file (if applicable) as well as store name, name(s) of owner(s), name(s) of buyer(s), store physical address, store billing address, store phone number, and email address (optional).

minimums---Seaside Designs has no minimum order amount.

payment---All first orders are pre-paid either by check or credit card (Seaside Designs accepts Master Card and Visa). Please be advised that if a check is used for payment that production on your order will not begin until the check clears our bank. Terms can be established for subsequent orders with credit check. We reserve the right to terminate terms if we feel necessary. New orders will not be shipped until all past due amounts are paid in full.

production time---Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. We make each item we sell individually with extreme attention to detail, so please allow adequate time and place orders accordingly. Please contact us if your order needs to be rushed and we can see if it can be pushed up in our production schedule.

product information---Products and prices may change without notice. Many of our products include natural elements. Size, color and shape of some items may vary from order to order. The shells and starfish that we use in our designs are by-products of the fishing industry or are grown specifically for decorative use. None of the shells or starfish are endangered.

Returns & exchanges---Our merchandise is guaranteed against defects, but we are only human! Please call us at 508.349.0442 if you notice any problems and we’d be happy to assist in fixing or replacing the defective product. At this time we do not offer product buy-backs or product swaps. Please inspect received packages carefully and contact us immediately if a package is damaged or missing.

shipping---Shipping is via UPS or USPS, unless otherwise negotiated, FOB Truro, Massachusetts 02666. Shipping charges are actual UPS/USPS and will be dependent upon the weight of your package(s). We make every effort to find you the least expensive shipping option.
