2007-2011 JK WRanglER - ExtREmE Duty RaDius long aRm

The Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Radius Long Arm System was the first radius long arm suspension available for the Jeep® Wrangler JK. This patented system has been engineered to work WItH your Jeep’s Electronic Stabil-ity Controls and Rubicon edition electronic sway bar WItHout compromising safety. Featuring our world-class chromoly Radius Long Arms, the geometry has been meticulously designed to keep pinion and driveshaft angles in phase, while eliminating suspension jacking and unwanted suspension squat. Our Radius Long Arm system coupled with properly valved Rubicon Express shocks allows the JK Wrangler to transmit throttle input to the wheels over varied terrain, providing sure-footed traction and positive suspension feedback. The result is superior on road handling and unrivaled off road performance, without the need to disable factory safety features.

The 3.5-inch suspension will allow the use of 35-inch tires. The 4.5-inch suspension will allow the use of 37-inch tires.

The Rubicon Extreme-Duty Long Arm suspension system includes a three-piece belly pan for easy transfer case and transmission access. The TJ Super-Flex is a complete suspension system, featuring 8 new control arms, upper front and rear adjust-able with our serviceable Super-Flex spherical ball joints, adjustable front track bar, replacement 4.5-inch lift springs,

extended bump stops, longer front stainless steel brake lines, and gen ii sway bar disconnects. The Super-Flex suspension

system combines superior flexibility and handling. installing one will give your tj the on and off-road performance you’ve been waiting for.

For TJ owners who want less lift than the 4.5-inch system at a more affordable price, look no further than the 3.5-inch Super-Flex system. Riding much like its slightly taller counterpart, this system improves upon the factory ride, while adding 3.5 inches of lift to augment flexibility and articulation. The LJ Super-Flex 4.5-inch is the ultimate suspension system for LJ’s currently running the factory short arm suspension geometry. The LJ Super-Flex is a complete suspension system, featuring 8 new control arms, upper front and rear adjustable with our serviceable Super-Flex spherical ball joints, adjustable front track bar, replacement 4.5-inch lift springs, extended bump stops, longer front stainless steel brake lines, and gen ii sway bar disconnects.

the super-Flex suspension system combines superior flexibility and handling. installing one will give your lj the on and off-road performance you’ve been waiting for.

For LJ owners who want less lift than the 4.5-inch system at a more affordable price, look no further than the 3.5-inch Super-Flex system. Riding much like its slightly taller counterpart, this system improves upon the factory ride, while adding 3.5 inches of lift to augment flexibility and articulation. Plus, the 3.5-inch kit can always be upgraded to the 4.5-inch should you decide to change your mind in the future.

the 4.5-inch system will allow the use of 33x12.5 tires, or up to 35x12.5 tires with proper bump stops. the 3.5-inch suspension will allow the use of 33x12.5 tires.

The Standard 3.5-inch suspension system provides 3.5 inches of lift for your LJ at an economical price. This sus-pension system is ideal for an entry-level vehicle owner or those on a smaller budget. The 2-inch economy suspension system is the perfect setup for those looking to gain an easy 2 inches of lift at a rock bottom price. Adding just 2-inches of lift will provide more clearance for larger tires and increase the flexibility of your TJs suspension. This economy minded suspension system will maintain the renowned LJ ride quality. The 2-inch Economy Kit is extremely simple to install, just fit the 2-inch coil spring spacers in place and install the new Rubicon Express twin tube shocks at each corner. The Rubicon Express spring-over axle conversion suspension system is designed for the truly adventurous off-roader, and is a fabricator’s delight. the re5015 suspension system moves the leaf spring perches to the topside of the axle. The result is a net lift height increase of 5.5-inches with stock lift height springs. The use of stock spec springs will maintain the factory ride quality while the spring-over configuration will greatly increase the suspension flexibility, allow room for larger tires and vastly improve the visual appeal of your Jeep®.

the re5015 suspension system requires removing the origi-nal spring perches and welding on new replacement perches. steering modifications are required and a cv-driveshaft is mandatory. if you desire even more lift, the addition of a set of rubicon express™ extreme-duty™ leaf springs (re1444 and re1445) result in a total lift height of 7 inches. the spring-over axle suspension configuration will allow the use of 33-inch - 35-inch tires when using stock leaf springs. The fitment of even larger tires is possible with additional modifications. Steering modifications will be needed.
