1 Players-on-the-Go Marcus Causton Congratulations to Marcus for winning the National Collegiate Tennis Championships in November 2009. He is planning to get back to his intense training schedule of playing three to four times a week for up to two hours. He mentioned the Paralympic Games, the elite sporting event for athletes with a disability, and the World Team Cup, the largest annual international team competition for wheelchair tennis. “It depends on what work will allow,” he said. Marcus can be seen at Harvard University’s Murr Center training on most Monday nights at the Wheelchair Tennis Clinics, drop by and come see him in action!

Christian Huot

Christian will be running the “Run for the Border Half Marathon” on March 28th

2010 and is currently looking for sponsorship to support our efforts at USTA New

England Wheelchair.

In memoriam: Randy Snow

A New England Tennis Camp will be held in memory of our dear friend Randy Snow,

who sadly passed away last November. Randy was a pioneer for wheelchair tennis

and wheelchair sports in general. Dates to be confirmed.

On-going Activities at USTA New England Wheelchair

Following a successful meeting of the New England USTA Wheelchair (pictured

above), an intense coaching session from Mike Mercier followed.
