Adjust work to date based on resident input
May Reviewed updated work. Discuss open space plan implementation (finance, regulation, process)

Jun. Approve/modify draft plans; present to TC, PB
Revise plans as required
Jul. Conduct outreach to community

Responding to the SWOT Analysis
• We know our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats…SO WHAT?
• How can we:– Exploit our strengths?– Mitigate/adapt to our weaknesses?– Seize our opportunities?– Reduce our threats?
• Try to identify actions that do all or most of the above, at the least cost, with the most results!
