• Rush Processing is available for all of the cards available in this album. See page DEALER-2 for complete Rush Processing fees and procedures. • All RETURN ADDRESSES will be printed in BLACK ink. • All Digital Photo Card orders require a PROOF. Proofs are $5.00, for each proof. There are no complimentary proofs on digital photo card orders. Digital Photo Card Information REQUIREMENTS FOR PHOTOS: • To ensure that your photo is matched up with your order, please name your photo file (the actual jpeg or tiff) as follows: Dealer ID - PO/Customer Name - Placement on Page For “Placement on Page”, please number your photos as they would appear on card from left to right, top to bottom. Failure to comply with this may result in additional processing time and/or editing fees required to replace the images in the correct order. • All photos should be a minimum of 150 ppi in resolution at full size, but preferrably 300 ppi or greater and saved as a jpeg or tiff. If you are not sure, please email [email protected] with the subject line Photo Requirements and we will send you an email with explanations for ppi, pixels, megapixels etc. so that you can know if your images are the correct size. • We can not guarantee the quality of any photos/orders that do not meet these requirements. • If you have cropping considerations, please send one photo with no cropping and a second photo labeled exactly as the first photo with the word “cropping” at the end. • Any requested alterations to your photo will incur extra photo editing charges depending upon the amount of changes and may add to the production time of your order. Typical photo editing fees range from $15-$40. • We can, however, accommodate changing color photographs to black & white, or sepia tone free of charge if you like. Please indicate this request on your faxed/emailed order as well as in the message section when you upload the photograph. We do not accept images embedded/placed in an email message. No exceptions will be made. TO SEND YOUR PHOTO: We do not accept photos via direct email. All photo submissions must be uploaded through YouSendIt. Please do not send photos directly to our email; it creates a slow email system and makes sending out proofs difficult. Special instructions regarding photos should be written clearly on your order as well as included in the message when you upload the photo. • Go to http://dropbox.yousendit.com/NoteworthyPhotos • In “Your Email” type in the email address where you would like to receive your notification of receipt. • In the “Subject” line enter your Company Name, Dealer ID# & Customer Name or P.O. number. • Be sure to include any special instructions about your photo in the Message box as well as on your faxed or emailed order. • Click the “Browse” button, then find & select the photo on your computer and hit “okay”. • You will then receive an email notifying you that we have received your photo!
