Tri-oVAl MUFFlersThese slip-on mufflers produce an awesome, thundering bass rumble, yet they are quiet enough to pass the cranky neighbor Sunday morning sound test.

But they do far more than just sound great. With their Tri-Oval design, with full-size, aluminum V-tips with dual exhaust ports these mufflers look like nothing else on the market. The 4-inch round front seamlessly morphs to tri-oval shape at the rear.

These mufflers also deliver increased performance gains over the stock mufflers, with a bump up especially in the low and mid-range. They are available in chrome as well as with a black body and chromed tip.

The installation is simple, as the mufflers mount to stock head pipes or to Cobra’s new Power Port head pipes as well as Cobra’s True Dual head pipes for pre-2009 Baggers.

poWerporT dUAl HeAd pipesEveryone loves the clean look of a true-dual system, but the truth is, those systems don’t always deliver when it comes to performance. Because of the Cobra PowerPort crossover located in these pipes, this system performs like a true 2-into-1 exhaust with the clean look of a traditional dual system.

The PowerPort Dual head pipes fatten the low end and mid-range torque curve, perfect for touring and highway use. The system consists of head pipes and heat shields and all of the mounting hardware needed to complete the installation of the made- in-the-U.S.A. pipes.

It does not include the mufflers. However, the head pipes’ 1.75-inch diameter ensures the stock mufflers, all of the Cobra slip-on mufflers and most aftermarket mufflers will fit. Includes oxygen sensor bungs.

TrUe dUAl HeAd pipesThese True Dual head pipes for Harley-Davidsons come with Cobra’s limited Lifetime Warranty in addition to a host of other unique features. One-piece full length, 2.5-inch diameter heat shields cover the pipes from the exhaust ports to the chromed, muffler bodies.

The heat shields are a larger diameter than most other offerings on the market and the single-piece shields (especially on the rear pipe) are singular in their design and effectiveness. The pipes were also designed to deliver optimal torque and power while increasing the stock bike’s rideability right in the sweet spot of the torque curve.

The system consists of head pipes and heat shields and all of the mounting hardware needed to complete the installation of the made-in-the-U.S.A. pipes. It does not include the mufflers. However, the head pipes’ 1.75-inch diameter ensures the stock mufflers and most aftermarket mufflers will fit. The system is equipped with oxygen sensor bungs so you can take

Two-inch baffles come standard, with optional baffles available. They use a constant velocity baffle design for improved performance, and the baffle also uses a high-density

bonded e-glass sleeve and stainless steel mesh, which contributes to a better acoustic quality.

Though the baffles work to reduce the tone and volume, they also contribute to the power gains from the mufflers, which are among the highest in the industry. And on models that use a cross-over on the stock system, the Cobra Slip-ons include a similar OEM-style balance tube to increase overall performance. fi2000r 02 THE NEW Fi2000R O2 WORKS WITH OXYGEN-SENSOR EQUIPPED EXHAUST SYSTEMS The motorcycle engines utilizing oxygen sensors and closed-loop technology have very lean air/fuel mixture settings from the factory. These settings can limit power and make the engines run hotter than earlier model year units. The Fi2000R O2 digital fuel processor is designed to work with all exhaust systems (stock or aftermarket) equipped with oxygen sensors in place. It accurately adjusts the fuel-injected engine’s air/fuel ratio in order for it to run properly. Best of all it works much like a carburetor jet kit with adjustments similar to the air-mixture screw, the needle and clip positions and the main jet.
