Online Backups
You can never be too safe.
CLIPxe will create a small, Zip file, that you can mark for daily updates using IDrive.
This creates an almost automatic backup of your data.
Also added a save to Location for the backup utility so that you can save to a flash drive
(it will be in the next update).

Adding Customers
Auto Route the Customer based on the Lat/Lon and its’ closeness to
other customers.
When adding new customer, CLIP gives you the option of finding the next closest
customer and changing the Routing sequence number to one that is 10 numbers above the
closest neighbor.
CLIP will then set the “Set Defaults” “Default Routing Sequence” in the Customer’s
account to the closest neighbor.

Cut Off Date
Now you can continue to do work after the 1st but only bill the work that was done
up to the 1st.
CLIPxe will take these debits and “hold” them out while you do billing, then, when
you close the period, CLIP will add them back to the activity.

This report tells you what you have done for the customer.
It outputs to an Excel sheet for analysis

Route Sheet Invoices
The pins are different colors for each crew. Draw a box around them to pick the ones
you want to print invoices for.
When you are done, click on the “Process and Return” button.
Rounds History Report
The rounds history report is primarily to see how many service calls have been made by
the various technicians. You pick the round you want to see as your base, this would
most likely be the Service Call round from a Service Call Program. The report will find
all of the times that this Service Call has been done and then show you the Service call
and the three prior Rounds that were done on that property. This gives you the ability to
see what rounds caused the service call and who was responsible for it.
The output is in Excel form so that you can do further analysis.
