You will find that our organization has very close ties with the ethnic market in Central Florida. The Indepen-dence Day Festival is one of its kinds in Orlando targeting an untapped Haitian market living in Central Florida. Although Miami has been the most recognized Caribbean base with several Caribbean events, migration to Cen-tral Florida has grown at an alarming rate and we welcome you in partnering with us to touch this growing mar-ket.

By exceeding expectations and making our historical debut last year, we reached 8000 consumers on the day of, not to mention our promotion taking place six months prior. We are proud to say that we will continue with our second annual celebration.

Orlando is recognized for its world famous theme park attractions and now we will have an addition to the fam-ily a major Haitian event that encompasses all the key passion points for Haitian music lovers everywhere.

of Citrus Bowl, makes it attractive for professionals to bring their children and enjoy this great holiday

II - WHAT is THE Multicultural Production & Entertainment Group Inc.

Multicultural Production & Entertainment Group Inc. is a social and cultural organization that focuses on promoting and supporting the arts, music and literature of the Afro-Caribbean population in Central Florida.

III - Mission StatementMulticultural Promotion and Entertainment Group Inc. strives to provide the best in entertainment to a variety of communities. We are deeply committed to spreading diversity and enhancing pride thought entertainment.

We are working to bring down barriers by bringing different ethnic groups together using major passion points such as music and art.

We believe with this strategy we can fight the battle against drugs and violence in our communities and create the best avenues for teens and adolescents.

Furthermore, a portion of our funds will be used to combat poverty, AIDs, and social medical needs in some third-world countries. Therefore, forty percent of our proceeds from many of our events will go to a charitable foundation or organization such as Negritude of Jacmel, Haiti and Groupement Paysan Haitien of Cayes, in Haiti we feel are neediest to help us achieve our goals.

IV - Goals/Objectives OF THE EVENTAs a multicultural group promoting music in the Central Florida, we use our influence to keep Haiti and the Caribbean culture alive and driven.

Using key, popular talents (such as comedians, dance, and music) as a draw will help unite and converge the great energy of the Caribbean people living in the Diaspora through our vibrant culture.

Provide opportunity for businesses to market their product to millions of people.

To highlight the traditional elements of our African heritage and pass it on to the next generation.

Continue to promote Haitian and Caribbean Culture with our community and aboard.

V – The VenueLocated at the center of Orange County, the Citrus bowl has a seating capacity of 70,000 people with 30 luxury sky boxes, with complete press box facility. It is the home for the famous Capital One Bowl; numerous

concerts have been held at the stadium, including The Who, Genesis, Pink Floyd, George Michael, Paul McCartney, Guns N' Roses, Billy Joel/Elton John, Bob Seger, Fleetwood Mac, and The Eagles. It was also the only venue where Van Halen and The Rolling Stones played together live.

XII – First Annual Orlando Independence Day Konpa Festival Pictures:Last year during the first annual Orlando Independence day Konpa festival we had 8,000 people at the festival and an estimated of 700,000 watch the event live on the internet and numerous television stations broadcasting the festival live.
