After year 2000 STI has continuously increased its interest and presence in the former Soviet countries where it has fulfilled several projects.In 2007 STI engineering has officially opened its branch office in the town of Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the last twenty years STI has gradually and progressively developed its organization and increased its personnel and can now provide the clients with a wide range of complete and high quality solutions and services.Originally engaged in the fields of industrial automation and electrical design, STI engineering has grown to its today organization taking the skills and human resources in the field of HVAC designing and in the functionally connected sectors such as lighting, automation, fire protection and safety.

CREMONINI factory is an industrial building used as food storage and as meat processing stand for McDONALD's hamburgers production.Factory was built in the town of Odinzovo, Moscow region, Russian federation and the all-in volume is approximately 150.000 m³.The foreseen electric absorbed power is around 4Mw, heating power is around 4Mw and cooling power is around 20Mw.The building and its engineering systems are designed and built with top quality and according to the best western standards.
