Project - Grain Power Station CHP Project Client: E.ON UK plc A new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant at the site of the existing E.ON UK owned Grain oil fired power station. The power station is located in north Kent on the northern bank of the river Medway estuary near to the village of Grain approximately 16 Km north east of Rochester. AMA UK CONSULTANCY LTD (Then NASH DC LTD) were appointed by E.ON UK Engineering Civil Engineering to review structural calculations, design drawings, specifications, method statements, and as a representative from E.ON Engineering Civil Engineering to attend site meetings at various stages of construction at the request of Project Management Team (PMT), and to supervise and advise the client on specific aspects of the work in progress.
