have just established their

grow and to withstand the
persecution that is likely
to come. Pray for Pats
complete recovery from Cushings disease.

integrating health care with
radio ministry. Pray as they
plan for their first medical
work team arriving in March 09.

for orchestration of all that
is necessary for a womens
English Bible study to be established there.

for continued opportunities
to share Christ; for Kurt
to play a role in helping
students to saving faith.

Ask for a fruitful campus
ministry with students from
every prefecture in Japan.
11 Pray as they planto return to Beirut,Lebanon, in February to
lead a retreat for influential
people in the media, art
and music industries. Many
received Christ on their last
visit, but they had to cancel
the second night due to violence.
18 Intercede as theministry grows from550 inmates to 1200. The
new jail has 17 pods, each
housing 64 inmates rather
than individual cells. All
ministries will occur in the
pods, rather than Chaplains
office more than they can disciple.

Ecuador. Beginning in 1948
the focus has been on US
missionaries serving the
Shuar, Jungle Quichua and
Waodani (Auca). Pray for
